Today had to be by far the absolute worst experience & it was my 1st time there in years for myself personally. I arrive at the stall, place my mobile order, check in & start to wait. While I wait, 3 men walk up, place their orders. The person taking the orders even comes out several times back-&-forth to get their order because she can't understand what they're saying on the box. Makes their orders (drinks, fries, sandwiches for 3 people). They collect their food & leave. Drive-through. 2 cars come through (after the men and after me as I'm there before any of them.) Drive through takes & fills those orders. Those customers leave. I'm still waiting. For what? A medium, classic milkshake. Only after I press the bell to ask about my milkshake do they even say "oh you have been here a while". 1st excuse offered: it didn't show me checked in. I showed her on the stall screen it had my name & that my order was in the kitchen & showed her in the app where it said it was being made. So I'm checked in. The next excuse was that 2 tickets (with the same item) printed out for me & they weren't sure which was for me. Never mind the fact no one came out with even 1 of the 2 tickets. Or asks me about the tickets. Reminder: the tickets were the same so it wasn't a question of one shake or the other. It was the same ticket twice. Lastly, I'm told well the others don't really care about work as much as I do. I need my job & I want to keep getting tips so I came out to try & make sure everything was OK. This is after I'm there for 20-30 minutes for a milkshake. She is the only one to even acknowledge I was there & the only one to offer an apology. But she wasn't the 1st to see me. She was more like the 4th or 5th person to see me. I was the only customer made to wait that long for my order during the time window I was there. There were the at least 5 orders filled after mine was placed & only one other car arrived after I was talking to the crew member. That car was able to place their order & it was coming out as I...
Read moreI have bought food from this Sonic for more than 4 years. I have repeatedly been disappointed in their preparation of their sonic blasts. I order the Reese's Sonic blast. They are not cheap. I generally order a large. But after several visits I noticed that I had very few Reese's in the Sonic blast. I began ordering the extra Reese's which comes at an extra cost. Today I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 footlong coneys and a medium reese's Sonic Blast. When I was handed my Sonic blast at the window I immediately noticed that it looked like regular ice cream with no Reese's. The server at the window reassured me that it was in there. Normally they are sprinkled on the top. This looked like straight ice cream. When I went to eat the Reese's Sonic blast I realized immediately that there was a VERY SMALL AMOUNT of Reese's in the Sonic blast. I look up the telephone number online and called the store. However, the number is non-functional. So I went back to the website to find a way to contact Sonic concerning the issue. I found a number that I was able to text. I explained my situation. To compensate I was offered a $5 gift card to be sent to my home. The cost of the Reese's blast, medium is $6.29. The $5 gift card would not have covered the cost.. not to mention the gas required to return to the store. This is a very unprofessional way to handle a situation like this.
Based on this situation, I would urge customers to look closely at their orders to be sure that they have received what they have paid for. In my experience, when ordering a Sonic blast from this Sonic store, you are at high risk of not getting what you pay for. BUYER BEWARE!
I am adding a photograph of the Reese's Sonic blast after I emptied it into a bowl. It is ice cream.. not a Reese's Sonic blast.

Read moreMy experience today was awful, embarrassing, and humiliating. I've come to this Sonic every other week. I never had any issues until today. I ordered the buffalo chicken bites & soft pretzel twist. When I approached the window, David tried to hand me a fountain drink. I told him I didn't order that. I repeated what I asked for, mind you, he has already swiped my card. I asked him how much was the pretzel twist he told me $2.19 so I ask him if he could just give me the difference and to correct my order he said he would have to ask his supervisor which he had to call. He got back with me and told me she said "NO". I was confused about why, especially when he messed up my order, so I just asked for a full refund. He didn't want to give me a refund nor correct my order. He asked me to pull forward, and I told him he could call the police. I did not move from the window. All I wanted was my money back at this point. I wasn't sure what he told the officers, but they came like I committed a crime, and I'm african american, and he was white, so I already know how they feel about us. When the officers arrived, he said the manager did not want me back on the property they wanted me for trespassing all this over a simple order that he got wrong, it said that it took the officers being present just for me to get a full refund this whole situation was stupid. I don't appreciate David lying to the officer saying that I was belligerent. I was not hostile or aggressive. that's the reason for the trespassing. Yes, my tone of voice changed, but that was it. I never got out of character. I have never experienced anything like this, especially over a $6 snack. I felt like he abused his authority, and I get mistakes happens. It's the principle behind it. I don't care to step back at...
