We came on Halloween night and decided to sit on the patio for the music. We arrived at 5:30 p.m.. First of all the tables and chairs were filthy. Bird poop,.tree debri..We had to wait for our table and chairs to be cleaned. We ordered cocktails and eventually an appetizer we had mozzarella sticks which were delicious. I really enjoyed my margarita I love the mix it was delicious. We ordered our dinner eventually my husband had a hamburger and french fries and I had the fried shrimp basket. My fried shrimp came out on a plate with a baked potato it was large shrimp. Small portion. We didn't get any condiments and we asked the gentleman who brought out our plates.. I asked for butter and sour cream for my potato and I got some melted butter with garlic which is not my thing for a baked potato. But it was good to dip the shrimp in.. I didn't get any real butter for the potato. Bartender didn't show up at our table to check on us so my husband started to get up and she came over. We needed sauces, for the hamburger, for the shrimp, and the baked potato. By the time we waited for all of this our food was cold. The butter came out in a small package that seemed frozen. So my potato was not hot anymore and the butter was cold so I really didn't enjoy my baked potato so I didn't finish it. The shrimp was very good just not enough for a basket. The price was kind of high. We ordered more drinks and the bartender did clear our plates. We enjoyed the music. We went inside to the outdoor covered area for karaoke. I want to mention that the pavers on the ground are extremely uneven and dangerous to walk on. I couldn't even sit in a chair because the chair is not on the ground evenly and you could actually fall out of your chair because the pavers are so bad.....Considering the lighting was low. So be careful if you go. Everyone that was out there was very nice. We enjoyed karaoke. We didn't see one waitress. You need to go to the bar. After about an hour we went back outside to the patio to listen to the last 20 minutes of the guitar player. Mr pool did very well and we enjoyed his music and guitar playing very much... When we sat down by the fire to listen to his music nobody waited on us for drinks. I guess you have to go directly to the bars to get your drinks. It's too bad that the owners of this facility doesn't take it to a better level. It doesn't take much. May I add that the outdoor tiki bar where we were sitting could use an upgrade... The tables are so bad that they're wobbly and the metal is rotted we had to use several different objects to get our table to stop wobbling...

We have dined here before and we thought then, that their menu is limited and expensive and we still feel that way. Although this place is a lot of fun on the weekends with...

TLDR: pasta was cold and incredibly overpriced, over hour and a half between ordering and food being delivered. Also out of more than half the menu

We came here on the 4th of July. While some level of chaos is expected due to extra holiday traffic, what we received was far beyond typical holiday disruption.

We waited over half an hour before someone even talked to us to be seated. We were seen by many employees, but addressed by none. After the long wait we were seated at our table only to be ignored for quite a while. When we finally were able to order our drinks (just water) it took 15-20 min to get out to us. Then came ordering where we were informed they were out of pretty much everything on the menu (at least half). Again, some disruption is normal, however this is far from the first year the fourth celebrations have been with this restaurant, and I would've expected better stocking of food in preparation for the added traffic. We ended up having to order far from what we had originally wanted. We ordered nachos with chicken (out of chicken, so subbed beef), Brava pasta, and a grouper sandwich, Alfredo pasta, and a few others. We waited an hour and a half for our food, which was incredibly unexpected and caused us to miss scheduled activities. When the food came, our pasta was completely cold. Not warm at all. The sandwich was okay, but the Alfredo was subpar at best, with the only highlight being the garlic bread. The Brava pasta was so far from expectations. On the menu it was described as a spicy marinara with garlic and a few other spices. I was surprised to see what is pictured below, as that is not what I would consider marinara. In addition, this pasta was barely edible, as it was 100% spice and no flavor. Incredibly spicy, but that was the only thing you could taste. It was most definitely not worth the $24 we paid for it (portion also wasn't as large as you'd expect for $24). My husband also asked for a drink menu, but then was never given the opportunity to order a drink as our waitress was constantly running around and never paused at our table. When she did stop, she seemed incredibly indifferent to us, almost like our presence was an annoyance. We will not be returning, as it was a complete waste of money. Oh, and our...

This place caught our attention with the recommendations on Yelp. Not far from us in Callahan, we trekked forward to take in the experience. Upon arrival to the area, I already knew I wanted to come back and explore the historic sites. Pulled in to a parking spot and walked over to the restaurant. As we approached the main entrance, there were signs that said they were closed for a private party. As we started looking around for alternatives, a waitress came out and said we can be served around the corner in the bar area. Away we went to the bar area. One thing was clear, while we were looking for something to eat, we were also being eaten by local inhabitants. The gnats( no seeums) were fierce. We walked in and went to the outside deck area. After seeing the can of "Off" on the table, it wasn't long before we were chased inside due to inhabitants. Once inside, again we were able to take in the historic view while deciding on our meals. Reading the reviews, it was a clear indication that the favorites were the Cajun pasta and the shrimp and grits. We elevated our selection with the blackened Red Fish and the blackened shrimp. For starters, we ordered the fried green tomatoes and the fried okra. The texture of the fried green tomato was on point. Very light cornmeal/ corn starch batter that allowed the flavor of the tomatoes to in the spot light. The crunch and the sauce paired well without taking away from the tomato. Let's talk fried Okra. Most commonly when ordered, you expect sliced rings of okra fried up nicely and served with a complimented dipping sauce. The order here arrives and it's the whole okra pod fried up. Never have I experienced that. Now I know we are in trouble because of the abundance of food being served before the main dish is served. Plowing through the appetizers, it wasn't long before the Mains were served. They looked incredible. The first bite and the wow factor was present. We closed out our experience with a slice of...

First off looked up menu, got to restaurant, nothing on the online menu was available, no tacos anymore, no linguine available. Placed order from menu in house. I ordered grilled Scallops, very good. House salad was the flattest salad I’ve ever seen very small portion. Ordered loaded baked potato off of side order list on menu was charged up charged price. The resteraunt opens at 4pm we arrived at 6 pm baked potato served warm, I believed it was from the day before, was not even melted, asked for a fresh potato was told it would take over an hour, they replaced with fry’s. My wife ordered bake potato and a $25 steak that was not cooked as ordered. Potato same story. This was our 41st anniversary meal. We visited about 3 months ago and everything was great. Signs that tells the story, they are struggling with new help and lack of caring management. We live here full time and very disappointed.oh and by the way after they deducted $1 for potato’s our bill was $85 what a deal. PS the water was terrible, not filtered…happy anniversary Darling

Seagles has a cozy & quaint atmosphere and whether you eat inside the dining room, pull up a seat at the bar or have a drink or meal on the outside sidewalk or covered deck there's no bad seat. We've eaten here a handful of times and some of our favorites are fried shrimp, seared scallops, and rib eye steak. Highly recommend most any of the seafood dishes. Always fresh and well prepared. However I personally don't recommend the crab stuffed mushrooms starter. I didn't care for the balsamic glaze and I don't care for the crab cake stuffing. This last meal I ordered the crab cake dinner and added scallops. The scallops were amazing. Seasoned nicely & pan seared, sweet and tender. But honestly the crab cakes left a lot to be desired. They were mostly breading and so they were very mushy. Hubby & my dad had the red fish. They said it was "ok", the flavor was good but they felt the fish was over cooked. Our server, Cheyenne was very attentive & pleasant. She did a wonderful job.
