Party Fair — Local services in Stafford Township

This is the absolute worst run store i have ever seen! I ordered balloons for my daughters graduation to set up in her room. I ordered them in person spoke to a nice women for about 10 minutes about which balloons i wanted (color and how many to get), however she never mentioned the balloons i bought were SUPPOSED to only last 8 hours, if she did i would have ordered different balloons. They did NOT last even 8 hours. The next morning i left for work i did not see her room, on way home i called her she said that they were mad the balloons were on the floor about 6 hours after the time we got them home. (I live 10 mins from store)I called the store to just let them know that they didn't last and that it was very disappointing for the amount your spending on balloons. What ever man/child answered the phone claimed he was the owner and cut me off before i finished telling him what happened and talked over me the entire time! He would not let me speak at all, then hung up on me. I called back a couple times asking to speak to manager i said no way you are owner speaking to customers that way, he claimed he was. He refused to let me get a word in and called me a liar saying i left the balloons in the car in the heat and that the balloons were for a party the next day, i have pictures proving when they were set up which day and in the room. He insisted they tell us how long the balloons last over the phone i told him i was in person ordering and she didn't tell me then he said its not there job to tell us how long the balloons are good for. Needles to say he kept yelling over me wouldn't let me speak, kept calling me a liar and told me I'm not special to get off my high horse. I have never heard of a "owner" speaking to someone this way ever. It is disgusting! I have no clue how they are still in business. What ever happened to customer service, I wasn't even going to ask for my money back i would have liked to have gotten some more balloons maybe because that was crazy to have balloons not last more than 6 hours. I would love to see this man/child speak this way in person to someone instead of hiding behind the phone acting like he is someone he is not! *Adding to this pathetic excuse of owners response, you cant come back with i ordered the balloons for the wrong day when i have photo proof of the day the balloons were set up, which is the day i ordered the balloons for also the day they were picked up and the call log showing i called the next day after work, when i finally had time to call, saying how the balloons didn't last. Spent over $70 for a few birthday decorations/balloons when I placed two orders to pick up for two different days and there was an incident twice with their products popping/deflating. Very cheap quality. They refused to fix it and had a huge argument with me and the “owner” the guy was very rude and was laughing saying it’s not his problem once it leaves the store and to get out. Apparently a bunch of other people have had the same issues with this place and the ignorance if you search local township pages. They are extremely rude there both the blonde woman and the nasty guy. It’s a family run bussiness and they are just so miserable to be there and handled this horribly. Didn’t know this happened to so many people already.

Went to return stuff not opened and apparently they are not accepting returns. No one mentioned this at time of purchase which was yesterday. When trying to return the items the employee pointed to a sign on the counter. This laminated sign had glare first off and it was halfway behind plexiglass. How was I supposed to see that when placing all the items on the counter. I told them I did not see this sign yesterday. They need to make their customers aware of this and have it posted in many places not just on the counter where people place their items on. How about mentioning it at check out too like many...
