TGI Fridays — Restaurant in Stafford Township

3rd time coming here... First 2 times had great food and awful alcoholic drinks ... Honestly mostly water...bottled beer came pre-opend seemly mixed with water.

3rd vist was the worst-

I was eating a birthday dinner with my wife and sister.. ordered a $25 appetizer... Moments after food was delivered to the table. The waitress came back to the table to ask me whether or not I would order anything else.. I was mortified. (Asking if I'm ready to order is understandable. But her words offended me by implying I'd potentially be feeding 3 people with 1 group size appetizer for the night). I just requested a moment to eat the food that was just delivered. The waitresses comes back 10 minutes later and takes our order ...

I ordered ribs shrimp& salad... (Wrong salads delivered)

My wife got a whiskey burger well-done ( burger was raw)

Sister for chicken Alfredo (Chicken was salty .. Alfredo was watered down, bland and yellow)

The waitress barely came back to our table to check on us. She was busy giving her life story to a different complaining customer...

After she finished i waved her down and asked to speak to the manager ... we left after eating only the appetizers... I took my ribs and shrimp 2go.. they were cooked beautifully...

The manager never complimented the meal .. i refused to pay for anything but the appetizer, ribs and drinks...

Manager gave me the drinks for free and offered me a coupon for a free appetizer with a purchase....

I started coming back here because I heard about bankruptcy...

3rd visit in 2 months each time in spend at least $150

I wanted to support the business my parents took me to as a child... This mortifying experience ruined my nostalgia.

I will never return...

Ummmm so it wasn't even busy but my food came out totally unprepared the sauces weren't there and she forgot about (and pretty slow even when she said like 3 times it'll be out) it until we reminded her then my sides was given to the person I was with instead of me and their sides weren't even on my plate and our food was not even hot it was room temperature if that even the sides. Not a fan of cold food whatsoever especially for the price you pay but I had to force it down considering it would probably take another 30mins and I can't trust sending food back for another plate. There was what looked like a white dog hair (hopefully just that) in my food. To end the night I got extremely sick like I've never been before which was awful. I think someone needs to also have a talk with the employees there's about 15 kids standing around doing nothing visibly in front when the place is dead our food likely would've came out prepared and not cold if they weren't busy talking not to mention we would've been able to say much sooner that our food was cold if we weren't ignored. If the place isn't busy there should be outstanding customer service. Especially when we're paying almost 100$. Work is work not time to hangout. I'm extremely disappointed and it's sad to see that almost a bunch of people said the same thing. So hopefully the manager sees this and maybe puts an end to whatever circus is going on there. And maybe check the freshness of the food or any cross contaminations also make sure outfits are clean dog hair isn't that bad but still gross. Hate to do this since T.G.I. Friday's is one of my favorite places but this one was a Nono and I hope nobody has the same experience as...

I think this is the first 1 star review ive ever given, very upset... Where to begin?. Upon walking in with my wife and son the guy seating us didn't grab a kids menu for my son.. My wife did!.. App was very quick and probably the best part of the meal. My steak was cooked to the right temp (med rare) but was chared and tasted like gas, but whatever. My wife ordered the cheese steak burger which when is came out (the first time) the cheese wasn't even on the burger it had all ryn off and was a disgusting mess on the plate and the top of her burger where the "steak" was was completely watery and dripping.. The egg rolls atop the burger as garnish were def not fresh and so dried out. Upon sending the burger back she recieved round 2 which actually had the cheese intake and was not water however it was so chared on the bottom and literally tasted just like gas she took 1 bite and got sick.. The waitress (who was very nice) apologized and removed it from the bill but no other attempt was made by a manager or anyone to address the situation (hence my need to give a poor review).. I love fridays and have been eating at their establishments for as far back as i can remember however i will NEVER return to the one in Manahawkin NJ... I will stick to toms river where i have never had an issue. This place was just horrible and upsetting. I wouldn't recommend coming...
