This is a family owned business located in Stafford. I do not write reviews but I wanted to share my experience with this great family owned company. They do not see you as just a customer but they go beyond that, they basically treat you like a family member. Their knowledge, patient and customer care is second to none. If you love luxury, unique and quality furniture and fittings then this place will be your best bet. Sushin Joseph will give you Manager’s discount and he is very very knowledgeable. He will even give you room set-up ideas. I wanted to buy few items but I ended up buying all my room stuffs from there. I will strongly recommend everyone to this business. Great Price and great service! I was having trouble finding a quality corner TV unit that would fit my 50" TV (it has wide set feet). I came across the Riverside Craftsman collection and it was exactly what I needed. A google search led me to Icon, which is just 20 minutes away. I requested a quote online and received a quick response with pricing way cheaper than another online seller I came across. I decided to get the matching tables to go with it. There was a little bit of a delay on the delivery, but 4 weeks, still isn't bad. The owner then personally accompanied the delivery. His assistant was very efficient with assembly and all packaging materials were hauled away. Sushin is great to work with and I would totally buy furniture...

This store provides an excellent shopping experience. It's low key yet attentive. I got amazing prices on a Flexsteel loveseat and an area rug. I'm originally from the High Point NC area and started my shopping at the world's largest furniture store, which is in High Point (home visiting family). ICON's prices were significantly lower. You are crazy not to shop here.

ICON'S delivery was on time and on point. They were courteous and efficient. They laid out the rug and set up the loveseat quickly and took the time to answer every question I asked. When they left, all packaging was removed and everything left as I wanted it.
