Cashier was pleasant uniform clean with glasses colorful hair Unlike most of her co worker the big Black one. Black pants apron hair all looks dirty to be a black tall big girl . The cashier standing in place just jumping l asked her if she needed to use the restroom she said yes l told to ahead she said are you sure l said go I wait the big Black one came and insist that she could help me .But. I said no after seeing how dirty she looked she insisted on helping me she said wanted to no if still want my food order I said I just wait for her to come back . The managers should insist that they keep their appearance up. The hair groom and clean everybody else was clean. The food was good despite the fact that I was asked if I wanted a vanilla frosty l said l never had it the vanilla frosty

Read moreI am sad about having to write this type of review. I visited this location (2 p.m.) with my disabled son today because he loves Wendy’s. I frequently take him to various locations as he loves their food and the service is usually excellent. He can only use his right hand because he is paralyzed on the left side. When accessing the drive-in window, I always request that his sandwich be cut in half, and the request is always honored. Today, the lady at the window stated her manager says that she will not do this. When I got to the window, I inquired about this minor request. The manager, named Dora, told the window staff, “ give him a knife, and he can do it himself,” and walked away. As a healthcare executive working in a service industry, I would never tolerate this attitude for a leader. Read moreHello my fast food friends, please avoid this Wendy's location at all costs. The first issue of course is terrible customer service. One time I pulled up to the intercom and there was no answer, so I politely asked, "Hello?" The response was, "Give me a minute!!" Ummm...ok? Attitude much? Whatever happened to, "I'll be with you in a moment."
The next issue is the old, crusty food! They gave me some nuggets, fries, and burgers that looked like they had been cooked in 1994. The food was inedible and I couldn't bring myself to eat it or serve it to my daughter. There was also a hair in it!!!!
When I tried to ask for a refund politely, a black female manager said, "What's wrong with your food?" I told her what was wrong. "Well we were really busy today." Umm...so I should just swallow the hair and old food because you guys were busy lol? Then she says, "We don't do refunds." I unfortunately lost my money that day. Never again!
