Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Stamford

Awful service, atrocious customer care, lost a loyal customer for life after tonight. I do have to say that they have delicious food but that is lost when you apply their complete lack of respect for a long time customer.

Three orders missing items in this year from them. Each time I’ve called, they apologize and offer free chips & salsa on my next order. Tonight, on the third time an item was not included, I called and asked that the item be delivered. They put me on hold, came back and verified the item was missing, then another gentleman asked me for my address and apologized for not including an item ordered for the third time and it would be delivered promptly.

CRICKETS after that, nobody delivered the item. Nobody called to speak with me. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional - they have lost a corporate customer who has routinely ordered $250+ lunches for our office.

I have even met their VP of Development in the past who personally thanked me for my business. All of that good will and loyalty lost over incompetence of basic customer service. I will tell this story every time anyone mentions burritos or Bubbakoo’s for the rest of my life.

I went for the grand opening and then I went back another time. The service is amazing. The staff is very attentive and a pleasure to deal with each time. As for the food, the birria taco was okay. I wouldn’t say it was giving authentic but I didn’t expect much. The garlic Parmesan wings were borderline terrible. The sauce wasn’t good and the wings weren’t fried to my liking. I also ordered the hibachi steak during my second visit and let me tell you please do not expect hibachi portion. Those little steak bites they serve are a disrespect to the hibachi gods. I ordered the steak and shrimp nachos for $25.20, which included queso, jalapeños, guacamole, shredded cheese, and red onions.

For such a high price, I expected quality. Instead, I was served sour, spoiled steak that made the meal inedible. This is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed.

I would like a refund for this order. I paid for premium food and received something unfit to eat. Please address this issue immediately.
