Subway — Restaurant in Stamford

Don't go here. Just don't. There's always the same unfriendly, unfit for service industry gentleman that works there. Not at all helpful or friendly. Tried the curbside pick up. Nope, No one came out. Tried calling, got hung up. Wouldn't be a problem usually, but I hurt my ankle so the curbside was the selling point of this transaction. I walked in, had to yell to get anyone, since there were no visible workers. Asked what happened w curbside, the guy unapologetically said "I'm alone, no curbside", to that I replied, "Then maybe turn that option off for your store". No response. No apologies. If all that wasn't enough, I start on my sub, which the bread was so stale my jaws got a workout, they screwed up the order and never gave me the bacon I paid extra for. Save yourself. Don't go to this spot. There are local delis in the area and price isnt too far off from Subway. If you're a fan of Subway, find another. I, myself, am going to try Jersey Mike's. I hear it's amazing and doesn't even compare. GOOD LUCK. I have a feeling Subway will implode like that submersible a few...

The middle aged whiny, not sure if I can even call him a man caught a nasty attitude with me for not saying I wanted to order a 12 inch and a 6 inch all in the same sentence, mind you 2 totally different sandwichs. Crying about how much work it is to make sandwichs. I bit my tongue and told him it is litteraly the same amount of work wether I ordered them at the same time or separately. He then proceeding to talk junk under his breath. Bottom line, the place is disgusting. From the help to the quality of their food. In the last 20 years plus I have gotten food poisoning twice from this location. I will never step foot in that store again. The can keep their nasty attitudes and spoiled food....

This facility has been an issue before. I showed up today at 10 AM and the only employee in, emerges eventually after a few minutes even though the facility was completely empty. Eventually the employee says “we are not open”. When I asked why, he responded: “‘cause I got in late“. So, I then asked: “when will you be open?” “ …can’t tell you that, I have no idea“ he responded as if he had fallen out of bed. I realized that any further discussion would be absolutely pointless. Reporting this to the chain would only probably just make him quit. Subway must do something for their employee so that they may staff...
