Went here to try after we saw it was open had the shop all to ourselves I got the bubble cone with coconut ice cream and a free topping of rainbow sprinkles got to say it was Awesome. Had the bubble cone at another place it was mushy and cold. This one at Scoops was crispy and warm and it pulled apart so easily. I definately will be back. Prices are good and staff friendly

Will be coming back!

Honestly, worse than going to a grocery store and buying ice cream. They have 6 tubs of Hershey's branded ice cream, and give you a melted scoop that can be eaten in one bite for 4 dollars. Seriously give me a break. Since you guys just opened il come back in a month to check up on our famous hope street strip filled with actual good quality businesses for a second review. Beanz down the road has better ice...
