First of all I'd like to emphasize that even though it says Super 8, but once you enter building you can see sign right next to reception desk stating that it's owned and managed independently by "Pooja Hospitality LLC". However it NEVER SAYS SO ANYWHERE. We booked room for a night (me, my wife and baby). We arrived around 6-7 pm. There was quite big line for check-in, no one offered us to wait in lobby and sit inside while waiting. Finally, our turn to check-in. Receptionist told us that it will cost $120 instead of $119 (what we got during reservation through Booking.com), because of safe locker deposit. It's not about that dollar, it's about being fair and responsible to what you set online and what you request from customer in-person. We got the key, entered the non-smoking room. Smoke sensor was covered with a plastic bag. Room was fairly dirty. toilet paper rolls were not new. Behind one of tp rolls there was rust and used half of blade. Room was located on 2nd floor. According to sign in elevator: it's inspection expired back in 2020. After Midnight one of residents was screaming outside (maybe drunk or whatever), however receptionist didn't even come outside to calm him down and solve the problem. We took room with Breakfast included. Breakfast was from 6am to 9am. We went at 7am and nothing was there. To summarize: our one night stay which cost us $119 doesn't worth any penny we paid. These are greedy people pretending to be Super 8, however in reality it is and always be "Pooja Hospitality LLC".

They showed me a room that was nice, when I get there they give me a different room, room 101. The room had a hole in the mattress, flies in the room. You have to open the curtains to see the flies, nonsmoking room. It smelled liked cigarette, cigarette butts in the air conditioner and lots of dust. I had to clean the room!! The tub was not properly cleaned, guess they just throw water and for them that is clean. The worst was there was a rag in my room. I went to the front desk and was told that as sano as there is an empty tromp he would change me. I had neck surgery and had to go thru this nonsense. I left the hotel and went somewhere else. The health department needs to close them down, that place is garbage.

The hotel is close to the highway but is in a sketchy neighborhood. The rooms and building are in a bad need for updating. Inside the room, a light bulb is missing in one lamp; a floor lamp does not stand level on the floor and the light bulb and socket is hanging down. My husband found it difficult to adjust the water temperature for his morning shower and had to take a sponge bath for fear of getting scorched. The breakfast consists of tea, coffee, juices, waffle, cereals, yogurt, toast. The annoying thing was that we saw two different women heaping food on plates to take to their rooms and came back in minutes to repeat the process. No, this is not a good place to stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE PRICE IS! Don't give this sub-human man your money he doesn't deserver it and doesn't even provide an experience worth paying for. Go to LaQuinta on the other side of the highway on the same exit!!!||||I gave this hotel a good review 2 weeks ago but now I will find every review/travel site I can and let people know what this trash motel is really like. I was treated abhorrently today by the owner of the hotel. I arrived at the property early because I needed a place to work for 45 minutes until I could check in. I wanted to sit in the area where people can eat so that I could have some privacy so that my computer was not open for anyone to see the manager told me I couldn't sit in there because the cleaning ladies were eating their lunch and they needed privacy in a public space. He wanted me to sit in the lobby so that anybody who would come in could look over my shoulder and see sensitive information on my computer which I am contractually bound to protect and I advised him I could not sit there. I would need to sit with my back against a wall. He didn't like this and proceeded to scream at me and I scream back at him because I am a paying customer and just because you don't like that I'm not complying with what you want doesn't give you the right to yell at me.||||This man has no respect for the people that give him money and he has no respect for women. This property is very unsafe if you are a woman as there all all kinds of transients in and out of this hotel, drug addicts smoking weed and who knows what else on this property. It is dirty and very Rundown. I only stay here because its dirt cheap.||||On more than one occasion I have seen drunk people stumbling in the hallways or people sitting out on the floor in the hall passed out. So just be warned you get what you pay for and that comes with all kinds of safety hazards. The rugs have burn holes in them the lamps are broken. The fans in the bathroom sound like they're going to go through the ceiling and some of the toilets don't work properly there is a lot of deferred maintenance on this Motel and it shows very clearly. That's what happens when cheap people buy a motel and they don't put any money into it and they just take your money. So he gets this review all because he wouldn't let me sit in a public part of their Motel. Which at any point if I had already checked in I could have gone down there and sat in there so he chose to be in a hole and now he's getting ripped one.||||This jerk made a big deal about letting me sit in the "dining area" where all of the vending machines are because the cleaning ladies were eating their lunch and they needed privacy? FOR WHAT?? It's a common public space and there is no reason that you should be barring paying guests from that area for any reason at any time. ||||I have filed a complaint with Wyndham because this man should not be allowed to have his motel under Super 8 at all. It just should be called Slum Dog motel. They buy these run down motels and run them further into the ground and rent out to drug addicts. He did me a favor honestly if I stayed here again, I'd need a...

If I could give this place a 0 star I would, when I checked in the guy told me 109.00 a night he mumbled thru everything I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Got in my room the toilet wouldn't stop running so of course i try to turn the shower on water barely trickles out so i call down stairs ..their solution let it run a while there probably other ppl taking a shower after 9 hours driving last thing you want to do is wait to shower but i did tried back in a few moments to the same issue call back down they say they will switch rooms lug all my stuff down stairs there was a lady in front of me checking in or waiting to check in she was going hello ..hello know one came out finally the same man that checked em comes out n says rudely oh i didn't know anyone was out here and the women says I've been saying hello and he responds like a teenager and rudely says "Well i didn't here you" she was probably more exhausted than I was so she really ignored his rude behavior. He was obviously the manager with a white shirt on and too many gold class rings obviously where he peaked probably in high school football he was a bigger man with balding 90% and a slick back ponytail. finally switch rooms and my room has major repair work that was done to it huge hole was in the ceiling at one point in time overall the hotel was junky but trying to be updated by someone skimped on the corners. then a few days later i see my credit card statement of 126.35 i assume is tax but want to be sure because I heard 109 because 109 is high where i come from and was not happy to pay that to begin with plus after the experience and conditions i wanted to make sure called this unlovely establishment to talk to the miserable kid named Gabriel he took right after his presumably manager and his i hate my life and can treat people how ever I want attitude. i asked why i was people charged 126 instead of 109 he put me on hold twice asked my name when i checked in as if he was looking up some record of the night in question. Finally says its tax i said ok well maybe you guys should say that hey its 109 but with tax its 126.35 and he rudely says WE DO we say 109 plus tax and i said well i never heard PLUS TAX and slipped and said he's the one who lied about the amount being charged to my card (not thinking that he probably wasn't the guy who rang me up that night) n before i could correct myself he instantly said NO YOUR A LIAR n hung up on me. I call back and asked for wonderful gabriel to ask if he just hung up on me he said yeah i thought the conversation was over i said i wanted to know who checked me out what your name is and your supervisor name is which his name is Ravi and he's not here and you can try to call back tomorrow. Going to assume that the rude man who helped me check in is the Ravi manager and call it a loss by even trying to get in touch him him I have a feeling he is the same way as his minion Gabriel. I am gonna prey that these 2 number one don't ever run into me again and that they go find a jobs they actually like instead of putting their negativity on to paying customers i feel bad for them and where their lives...
