L & G Italian Deli — Restaurant in Stamford

I would like to share my experience from this morning in which it was horrible. I called to order a breakfast sandwich at 9:25 I got there about 9:35 which was 10 minutes after I called they then still had me waiting meanwhile they made my sandwich incorrect with bacon and not even caring if I was allergic to bacon or not then instead of making a new sandwich for me even after a 20 almost 30 minute wait after I was told 10 minutes over the phone proceeded to use the previous sandwich of the incorrect sandwich and put a cold sausage pattie in between old food. We stopped off before school for a little breakfast snack. I ordered my basic bec, she wanted a chicken cutlet with egg and cheese. The man said chicken was not ready yet. Now we have a problem. Basically I had to calm her down and convince her to eat a bec like dad. The service could have been more understanding especially for parents with kids who can act out or have a need. Though this place was more okey dokey but felt like the food came out slow pokey so also loose some stars cause how can we be late now over this . Might give it a second chance but we will see. Quality not so bad but the workers need to learn how to deal with my kid so they can provide the best...

Went here for a quick lunch on my way to my next job. I ordered a chicken cutlet on a grinder as I do from any place. The lady comes out with a hard roll and I cannot have her remake it because I would be late to my job. I get to the van and find the most disgusting chicken cutlet I have ever seen. It was cold and not even crispy at all. It looked as is she dipped it in and out of the fryer and then put onto my sandwich....
