I ordered foods around 11:20am and the pick up time was 12:00. When I came into the establishment in Main St Stanley, NC. My order was not ready. A young tall African American guy was at French fry fryer scraping fries into a trash can and the dining room was almost empty and there were few customer standing and waiting. He did not come to me promptly. I had waited for about 3-5 minutes. He kept walking slowly or lagging, sluggish to food or hamburgers keeper shelves. I waved at him to get his attention. When he came to me, I showed him my order in my e mail and asked him why my order was not ready at all. (I am deaf) he went and found my order slip or receipt and came back to me and showed it to me. I said yes. He did not even say anything to me or at least explain why my order was late. He went away. There was no communication. He could have used my iPhone to type. Then I tried to get his attention again it seemed to me if he ignored me on purpose. I did throw my arms up in the air like ā why? ā And yeah I was getting upset and I did walked behind the cashier counter to get his attention. When I got hi attention from a short distance , I showed him my note asking for a manager, he smirked or laughed and spoke to someone maybe to the pregnant lady in the kitchen who was preparing hamburgers then he walked away from me. Then I asked for refund because of very late order and his rudeness. But he said he canāt do that. I even asked the pregnant lady that that came to me from the kitchen she said she canāt do that. By the way fries were poorly cooked and our hamburgers were flat and were not cooked as instructed. I want to say I used to think that guy was nice. I because I have had ordered milkshake from him few times before. I never had any incident with him. I am going to call the 877 number and report on him Monday morning. His performance was unacceptable. Customers deserve to know why their orders were so late when asked, not ignore them and walk away from them. I asked the pregnant lady for the name of that guy she said ākeyā I donāt think she was being honest. I did ask her if sheās being truthful she nodded. I did not believe her. I will not go back to that...

I hadn't been there for a long time, and the Frisco breakfast sandwich was listed. It used to be one of my favorites. Using the official Hardee's website, the sandwich should roughly weigh in at 189 grams, which is approximately .4166 pounds. I have nothing against Hardee's - but what what I received was lighter than a quarter pounder from McDonald's or one of the $1 sandwiches from Wendy's. The sandwich I received looked nothing like the photo with the exception of the bread or toasted butter sour dough bread. The smell of warm butter was the predominant smell and taste of this sandwich. The eggs were cooked, paper thin, and then folded ... no way did it even equal 1/2 of a small egg. It looked more like a crepe rather than an omelet. The ham also was paper thin and would have be better described as shaved. Lastly, there was a small white gooey substance about the size of a quarter in the middle of the sandwich between the ham and bread. It appeared to have been squirted or spooned. I'm assuming this was the described Swiss cheese of the sandwich because there was no evidence of anything else that might have been cheese. The description also mentions American cheese ... unless it was part of the white gooey substance - it wasn't present on my sandwich. So bottom line we all know fast food restaurants great enhance the photos used of the products they sell, but I actually had to lift one slice of bread on this sandwich to see there wad the evidence of the egg, meat, goo. I felt ripped off. Even with the coupon, 2 sandwiches would have been an overcharge. My recommendation is ALL restaurants is, to be honest - adjust your photos to how you have reduced your products but...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was very poor customer service! I know that when ordering at Hardeeās it will be a little wait, but I normally find the food worth it. This was not the case today. My order was taken promptly, but I then had to sit and wait for close to 15 mins after. When I finally made it to the window (which was open the entire time) no one was there to greet me or ask for payment. A lady, looking to be in her early forties, blond hair, was standing waiting for, what turned out to be my order. She became irate with the cooks who did not have my order ready and began to snap at the cooks. She argues with the them, back and forth. She shows them the contents of my bag over the counter and demands the rest of the order in a condescending way and slams my bag down. Then says, āI donāt give a f* about anything anymore.ā A young man appears and seems to want to āfixā the problem. The puts on the head set. The lady then whines and demands for her smoke break. I have been sitting for 15 mins or more listening to things escalate and no one has acknowledged my existence yet. The young man finally approaches the window with my order and hands me the bag and says, āHave a nice day. Wait, have you paid yet?ā I answer, āNo one has even spoke to me the whole time I have been sitting here.ā He puts his hand out to get my debit card from me, which I stupidly handed over and he rang me up and gave me my card back. I am currently looking for this storeās number so that I can lodge a complaint. Pretty pathetic...
