Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Stanton

Let me start off by saying this place is horrible! I walked in they see me but continued with their conversation!

Take my order and i waited for over 12 minutes for my food.

The girl who took my order is not wearing gloves but handling the food getting the fries, touching inside the fries box with no gloves, bagging the food, touching her facemask, rubbing her hair out her face. Nasty! Laughing and playing with her co-workers.

Just unsanitary and disgusting ! Instead of making our food the older lady working there is watching us speaking spainish giving us dirty looks while speaking to the lady handling the drive thru! Like not only is this location unprofessional, they're rude, and unsanitary! Just dirty! Do better!

People are spending their hard earned money to patronize this business to only receive terrible trashy dirty service because these people don't really want to work there! It shows!

I will go to other Jack in the Box locations, never this one again. I ordered through the app and when I tried to pickup my order they were out of the chocolate cake (I had ordered 2). The employee told me there was no way to refund me I would have to try through the app. I went through the app and it just sent a message to the owner who left me a voicemail stating there's no way to refund me because he doesn't receive my money. That makes no sense, if they never get paid then they wouldn't give the food away. So I looked into the FAQ section of the app and the closest related information was that if you need a refund you must go into the location and ask for it... this owner doesn't follow the applications instructions or honor the proper protocol. I just moved to the area last month. After waiting for over 30 minutes for their Sunday morning business to start,

They do not open over 15 minutes passed the time - that's over 45 minutes of waiting with my children,

And watching other workers come on to start work and a Female Manager who looked at me angry yelled wait bcos I waved. I am 43 yrs old customer to be yelled at for no reason.

They finally opened maybe 20 minutes passed the time (that's almost 50mins to an hour of waiting) and the Male Manager goes straight back inside without a SINGLE Hi, hello or sorry for waiting.

He proceeded to take our order without a SINGLE hi, hello or sorry for waiting or Thank you and gave me the wrong drinks eventhough I said what we wanted.

I took the food and 5 wrong drinks, said GOD BLESS YOU, to him and left .
