SHADY STORE. First time visit to this store today and it will be my last. Store is dirty, some strollers have stains and their is no way to completely clean The material because some covers are not removable. Checked out a Chicco keyfit car seat and noticed on the side at the bottom it was marked not for resale and I addressed this with the lady there(husband and wife work the store owners I assume)she smiled it off said yes it's for sale. Shortly after my husband gets me by the hand and quietly tells me let's go. We got outside I asked what was wrong and he said its a floor model and I'm not taking a chance on our baby being in a car seat that might be missing something because it's a floor model. My husband also pointed out that the gentleman went to the back grabbed some cleaner after the wife called him a name and he started trying to scrub off the not for resale on the car seat. I came to Google reviews to check their reviews after messaging them about a stroller from their Offer Up store. I can see why I got disappointing customer service after seeing many reviews who shared my same experience. Since their shop is not really considered a legit “store” and more so a warehouse storage unit, I was hoping to bargain the price for a stroller. He responded back with “not going to go back and forth with you on the price.” First, I only asked once when he said that amd secondly, I was asking because the price he offered me seemed different than the price on Offer Up. My coworker referred me to Kids Gallery Resale as a new expecting parent and saved me so much money. I recently purchased a brand new Uppababy V2 and Mesa car seat for an unbelievable price. We were in contact with Andy and he was friendly and answered all our questions. We did curbside pick up due to Covid pandemic and the transaction was quick and easy.
