We frequently stay here. It seems when depending on what is going managerial is how our stay will go. We had a big roach issue one time the worker in the front was very apologetic. We switched rooms, but it took time of course, moving from one room to the next after being settled and this happened after midnight. Reported to the manager up front in the morning. It was more of a âyour crazy and your just lying so you could get a free roomâ. We called corporate and they fixed the problem. We started staying somewhere else and then thought about trying this motel 6 again since itâs right in a good location for us for where we needed to go. Wow, it was great, it was better, we enjoyed it whenever we stayed. Everyone was nice. Then, there was another roach issue again. Not only that but a rodent. Again, spent another night moving to another room...three times. Other room had roaches, the other smelled nothing like cigarette smoke. This time we got no sleep. Again, reported to managers and got the same âwe are lying and just want a free day and we were going to be put on their ban list. We were told this. Managers didnât know we had pictures this time. Which corporate wanted us to send them and we did. THEY apologized and remedied the situation. So again, we left but came back for only one day. This time. We donât know what happened, but everyone was different. Not as nice, not smiling, rude. Didnât have the same welcoming feel. Maybe it was us, maybe it was managerial. We often heard so many complaints from many workers there that they were not treated fair. Anyways, I never feel these out but just had to. If we feel this, workers feel this, why stay? Probably, this motel 6 will read this, know itâs us and we will be banned...
   Read moreEXCELLENT!! If you're on a budget but you want comfort and safety this is as good as you're going to get. I loved their new modern rooms. I loved my room because you can tell it wasn't a lot of traffic in it. I slept great. Overall trust me it's good considering the price. If you're super picky then go to the Sheraton. Thank you Javon at the front desk! When I checked in (through someone else) I asked for NON-smoking. I received a room that was clean but because it was a central-air room, It smelled like cigarettes because the neighbors smoked. Because it was a room that was connected with a door I could hear everything they did. I requested a new room and Javon was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was in a rush and not focused so it was a couple of things that I forgot. He totally had my back and was understanding. Javon provided super customer service and made me want to come back again! The positives for me were: The price was affordable ($59.99 a night) - Goes up on Friday-Saturday. I love the new modern rooms (the flat screens, the colors) I love that it was clean (most important!) I love that I felt safe! They did a great job of keeping the property up/clean. I love I was able to watch cable news every day. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I love that you can tell there wasn't a lot of traffic in my room.    Read moreI never leave reviews. For this incident I should warn the public. My husband and I stayed here at this motel. We needed somewhere to rest while going through a family emergency. Overnight my phone did not charge properly inside my room. While waiting to check out, front desk never looked up to greet me. While THEY we're checking another guest out, I needed to charge my phone as I was receiving important phone calls on the update of our emergency AND TO CALL AN UBER. I needed to plug my phone in AS MY PHONE WAS DYING . After I found an outlet to plug my phone, in the lobby where guests are able to wait until there turn to check in, the front desk decided to come from behind the desk and snatched my phone cord out, compromising my cord. Very mean and unprofessional at 10: 00AM. I've never had such experience anywhere I've stayed. I politely told the young lady that I was in the middle of an emergency phone call and that I was a guest checking out. She told me I needed to leave and charge my phone next door at Jack in the box. I was thinking maybe she was having a bad morning. However, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO IMPORTANT AS YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH. We were guests at this location ready to check out not asking for any additional amenities. Just to charge my phone. She never asked for me to remove my charger.
