Kelleys Kookies - Stanton — Restaurant in Stanton

The five stars are for the cookies. I have been a big fan on Kelly’s Kookies since I tried it years ago. I always get a pack or two whenever I’m at Bristol Farm, Mizuwa or Whole Foods. I recently found out KK have two stores!! I went to the Stanton one and got 15 bags for Mother’s Day!! The staff packaged 4 bags per gift box. See photos. To my surprise, there are so many different flavors than what I have seen on the market shelf! All the cookies are baked in their distribution center. So it does not matter which location you get it from. The staff at Stanton location are very friendly. They offer samples and provide information for the flavors. The store also offers free or purchased gift boxes. You can order online as well. So far we have tried Honey Lavender(very good). It is a seasonal flavor. The cookies are very fragrant and rich! Deonna D. from the Pasadena location helped me out an spoke to me on the phone 4 an extended length of time she was absolutely delightful extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions I had. My mother absolutely loves the cookies and she got me started on them she eats them every morning with her coffee and now I'm addicted to them as well. It is very unlikely that my mom ever buys baked goods and when she does it is a statement in itself I realize in society today most people are not handy or familiar in the kitchen but is quite the opposite when it comes to my mom and the women in my family. These cookies are a staple in our household. Wow what an experience!

I have nothing but good things to say about Alyssa. The store was busy and she was helping other customers with questions and offering suggestions for gift box sizes and cookies. It was refreshing to see someone who really values your business. I patiently waited my turn while others were getting rude and impatient (why take it out on the worker it's their job to answer questions) but Alyssa kept on serving with a smile.

While not as glamorous as other chain stores, you really feel like a valued customer at Kelly's. These shortbread cookies are the perfect gift for co-workers who you don't care enough about to get them something they actually want.
