Had a very bad experience this Wednesday morning when I was getting 4 gallons of dish soap since they were cheaper if purchased over 4 bottles, there were only 2 on the shelf , but I asked the cashier that I would like 2 more and she asked one of the other workers a male and he was not pleasant at all asked me if I had looked on the business area , but I hardly shop there and I see why ! , I DID NOT KNOW THERE WAS A BUSINESS AREA . Well finally I walked along with him and I got the other 2 bottles. I got to the car and decided to get 4 more, but to my luck there where only 3 bottles so I asked the male worker and he surprisingly he was the Assistant manager his name was Alex , and he was rude and not helpful at all he needs some training on customer service , I asked if since I had bought 4 bottles can he give me the discount on the 3 left and did not , told me to come back other day when he has more , I think that was not fair since I was buying 7 . He also was rude to the little old lady that was paying for her groceries in front of me , It seemed she did not understand English and he told her he needed the code on the bulk raisins and poor lady seemed confused , well worst experience ever to say the least . will be the last time I...

I've always love this store more than any other one I've been to even Stater Brothers I love Smart and Final the reason why is because your checkers and everyone that works there is so helpful friendly and a few that I've known for a couple years I'm disabled no so I don't get out too much but when I do I enjoy my shopping trip I was the one many years ago won the big check of a shopping spree think it was a thousand something dollars yeah I was the one who won it yes I still have photos from that I wish you have another entry again like that to help out others that would be good and as for your chicken hot chicken is the best I have ever had haven't had so long I bought one yesterday and now I'm making sandwiches out of it and then to the carcass on make a homemade chicken noodle soup thank you for being such a wonderful people and working with different groups to teach them skills to work that I noticed the day I was there no other store does that but you keep up the good work and I'm smiling right now thank you for giving me every time a sensational trip to the grocery store I can't say so much for my chair provider but I had a good time your electric scooters go really fast I was surprised I wasn't moving like a turtle thank...

I visited this store this past week and purchased a few items. A few hours later I had come to realize that I lost my card so I called the store and spoke with a manager who was of no assistance. I later went back to the store where the same manager basically told me the same thing which is that no one turned in a card.

On today I called just to see if it had been found yet and I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman name Ivan who is also a manager he was very pleasant and took my matter very seriously. He watched the cameras and gave me a call back with more information than I had prior to the incident. He still was unable to locate the card but he made me feel as though he cared enough to help me out like my issue was his. This is the definition of true leadership and management because he indeed went over and beyond to make sure he provided customer satisfaction and although I haven’t retrieved my card I can now continue to shop at this store knowing that Ivan has the customers backs!
