Here are some suggestions:

Coffee is too light, please note that since Viet. Coffee is originally French coffee which has been known for being strong. Also most of the customers are middle-aged men and women (who have been drinking coffee for years), and they go there first to enjoy the coffee, then the atmosphere and play some games such as scratchers or Hotspots. If the coffee is too light then it's a big turn off, no more fun at all! Restrooms recently are very dirty, it seems nobody takes a good care of it, sometimes the hand towels ran out, and the floor is very slippery and dirty. There's been quite a few customers , including myself, feel being annoyed by an employee there, it's an old guy probably who works in the kitchen. Instead of doing his work in the back he would just go around sitting at tables with customers (even while not invited !!!) he also badmouths about other customers, e.g how they play Hotspots too little or how dumb or dirty they are, or how he dislikes them, etc. This is so unprofessional that we sometimes feel reluctant to go to the shop. The environment is nice and clean. Coffee is reasonably priced. Service is acceptable. This is not the typical lingerie/bikini coffee shop. Girls are in casual clothings but still looking sexy. Excellent service from friendly waitresses. Strong Vietnamese coffee & refreshing all natural real fruit smoothies served here daily. My favorite drink on a hot day is their avocado smoothie.
