Uneducated, please train one employee. She is a problem. Just before 6PM on 07/20/25 I asked if the potato chives were gluten free, (Starbucks website says they are) and the employee proudly said no. I then ordered a Americano with chocolate. Normally I get a chocolate drizzle at different Starbucks and she was determined to convince me that I wanted mocha in my Americano. This resulted in dirt water coffee, with "4 mocha". On top of that, I asked for a decaf vanilla latte, and my caffeine strips tested very high for caffeine. Why would someone intentionally give caffeine instead of decaf?
I haven't ever had problems with anyone at this store, until this employee. I'm not sure what her problem was, but I'm very upset....
Read moreI work out in the community going into peoples homes and I spend a lot of time at your stores because my office is in my car. Today at Starbucks in Stanwood, which I frequent daily and spend money at most days, I was told I could not use the bathroom because I left the store after my purchase and then returned. I was also told I could not sit in the cafe area without a purchase despite having spent over $20 there earlier today. I had to walk across the parking lot and use the restroom at Jack in the Box.
