I ordered a late night meal from them online. I stood at the front entrance waiting for the delivery driver to get there. I watched as he pulled in, disappeared for maybe a minute, then pulled out and left. The store calls me and tells me he tried to deliver for 5 minutes and tried to call me several times. That was a lie. He never tried to call me. I had my phone on me. He wasnāt there for 5 minutes, maybe 1 or 2. They told me heād be there after 10 minutes because he had another order to do. It was about 15 minutes later when he returned. Seemed to have no problem finding me then. When he gave me my order, I said āthank you,ā but he replied with āyuuuuupā in a snarky and sarcastic tone.
The food: -wings were incredibly tiny. Very little sauce. -ordered the bacon, chicken, ranch sandwhich. There was no ranch on it. Chicken was overcooked. Overall sandwhich was extremely dry. -ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch pizza. The pizza didnāt have any ranch it seemed. Chicken was entirely overcooked. The crust was also overcooked. Are 1 slice and didnāt even finish that because of how dry it was. Overall, extremely disappointed with the members of this store and the quality...

I brought it back and asked for a new one, no big deal accidents happen. But what irritated me is they did not have one in date. I was offered a garden salad and while I was contemplating if my daughter would eat it the gal started giving me attitude. I said never mind Iād like a refund I was told Iāll have to refund your debit card (this is same as cash mind you not credit) which will appear in 5-7 days and erring the rest of your order. I said what if I donāt have another xxx Amount of money to pay for this order twice? She said itās not her deal itās the companies policy. Or you could just keep the salad as the lettuce doesnāt look bad. I stated you are correct the lettuce isnāt terrible but your attitude certainly is and I do not want to eat chicken past its expiration date. For us, we ordered and waited a full hour. We are at a normal address with no issues on any of the map programs. Our address was entered correctly. The driver still got lost, gave up, then we were told theyād try again an hour and 15 min past the timeā¦
Husband called to chat, there was no interest in working something out, not even an apology. Just told theyāre busy and they had their gal head out again⦠He tried to suggest that maybe they could do something and was simply told itās on its way.
Here we are almost 90 min and the pizza finally arrived thankfully. We were just about to leave to go get food somewhere else. Super disappointed in how this situation...
