As always, ALL of the BiMart stores that I have ever been to, the employees are friendly and helpful. I spoke in depth with Bev from the Caldwell store, the lady at the desk when you enter the store. She is ALWAYS friendly, nice and helpful, but yesterday when I was there I had a problem with the size of a gift green jacket that I purchased at the Emmett store, and she was so wonderful, and called around to the other stores for me. She truly knows how to do customer service!! She couldn't find what I needed, but she put forth an extreme amount of effort, which I appreciated very much, and she made me feel like I mattered, which is extremely rare a department store, especially at this time of year!! And, just FYI, she is ALWAYS extremely friendly, greets me, and has a smile on her face too!! Thank You Bev, keep up the good work, and Thank You for being such a nice person with a wonderful personality!! Merry Christmas, and I am sure that I will see you again...

I inquired if there was a discount for the sickly ones and was told no generally not, "we will just throw them away. We have another shipment coming in next week." To a gardener this is soooo depressing. These sickly plants represents so much food and can be brought back, but no one would pay full price when they can get well cared for and healthy plants somewhere else. Everyone is screaming about hunger...this contributes to it. It is such a waste! I usually have abundance on a meager salary and share the crop with anyone who...
