Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Starkville

ordered for the first time yesterday since I’ve been in Mississippi from Florida. It was fast as hell and really good, perfect to be honest. ordered again today (same exact order) and ol boy had a hella attitude and got me and my girl order wrong. instead of a turkey sandwich he gave me a turkey sub with tomatoes and kept saying I was wrong for about 10 minutes instead of fixing it. I was about done. But the manager called back and fixed everything immediately and even gave us a $5 credit. He did ask to be a little more specific which is understandable. At my university jimmy johns is always a choice when coach order us big orders of food for the athletic programs. I’m going to give it a two star just for the young lady that I talk to at this restaurant. The first guy that I talk to in the drive-through. Was rude. I told him I was a first time customer. That I was looking at the menu. He could’ve easily told me what was good on the menu or anything. But he got off and put someone else on to talk to me. She was very nice and patient. As soon as I finish my order, another lady pulled up behind me and then he jumps back on the intercom. No I will not be coming back. And I was hearing great things about this place. My sandwich was thrown together not warm at all. Super cold. But it is good. I warmed it up at home. This post is old. But it took place in Starkville...

Management is terrible, specially Alisha, she is incredibly unprofessional and rude to her workers and show extreme favoritism to the ones who don’t work but have been there for a while, one being Virginia , who is rude to other other workers to their face, but more so to their back, saying how much they lack intelligence and discriminating against sexualities and gender identities, and disabilities . The good workers get made fun of behind their backs and the bad workers show up late and get praised for nothing. There’s a reason there’s always a job opening at this store, it’s because the good workers get tired of being harassed and made fun of by management and “more...
