Just went to Zaxbys drive through. Guy outside taking orders was very nice . Got my order at the window, and I know I should have checked it but I’ve never had a problem here before. Get home and it is not what I ordered. I called zaxbys and told them what I had ordered and it was not what I got. All the young man said was bring the ticket and the food back. So here I go back down there. When I get there I hand the girl the ticket and the bag and tell her this was not what I had ordered. She turns around and 2 other people look at it too. If you are looking for an excellent fried chicken place of the at least five or six we have in Starkville, this is the best. I was skeptical at first as I had been food poisoned by a different Zaxbys in the past. But this one blew me away. Have always ordered the Big Zax Snack and it never disappoints. Sprite is always fizzy and sweet, is never out at the drink machine, overall a great place. Garlic bread is perfect every time, the seasoning on the fries reminds me of some good memories, and the chicken is ALWAYS juicy. I was beyond annoyed . As a professional consumer if I ordered through the drive through it’s because I don’t want to get out of my vehicle but when I’m forced to get out because my mom doesn’t eat cold slaw with her fingers. Not to mention it’s lunchtime but not busy at all. My question is why didn’t I receive napkins and a fork? Not sure if there were no containers for cold slaw or if it’s a business move to cut back cost but either way it’s a bad idea because nobody like hot cold slaw and we don’t like seasoning salt on hot cold slaw but this is what happens when employees don’t think or don’t care because it’s not...
