It's so absurd that the staffs served me the coffee without Macadamia with saying "sorry, we do not have macadamia crumbles." Just sorry? Why didn't they stop taking the order or warn me in advance about this? They even did not ask me about refund or getting another drink, nor any other substitution toppings if I want. They just served the defective product with just saying "sorry." If I knew that there no macadamia crumbles, I would have not chosen this one. They just fooled me, took my money, and gave a ridiculous drink.
Isn't there a service manual that they should stop receiving orders when there is no ingredients, or at least warn customers during taking orders? Or at least when there is product provided with defect, can't they ask me at least some options or if I need anything? It is so BASIC...

Anywho, there was a girl there ( probably a manager) who told me not to do that again with a stern voice and grilled me as I walked to the cash register.
