Truthfully, if I could give 0 stars I would. I have never done a Google review before but I was so upset by the lack of care and service at Miska that I feel inclined to. I brought an engagement ring in to be resized on a Tuesday and was told it would be done that Saturday. This was also put into writing on my receipt by the salesperson who helped me. When I called Saturday to see if my ring was ready, I was told it was actively being worked on but may not be finished by the time they closed. They are closed Sunday and Monday, so I called back on Tuesday, a week later, and got a voicemail saying they were closed for the entire week on vacation. This was not disclosed to me despite being in the store in-person a week prior and speaking to an associate on the phone two days prior. When they finally re-opened two weeks after I initially brought my ring in, it was still not finished and they had actually not touched it since I had brought it in, despite them telling me it was being worked on and nearly finished the previous week. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Miska Jewelers and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the quality of their jewelry and the level of customer service I received.

The staff at Miska Jewelers were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were patient and answered all of my questions.

I also appreciated that the prices at Miska Jewelers were very reasonable for the high quality of their products. I felt like I was getting a great value for my money, and I will definitely be returning to Miska Jewelers for all of my future jewelry needs.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Ludmila, who went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service

I had a very unpleasant experience at this jewelry shop, particularly due to the rude behavior of one of the staff members—an older woman with glasses. I brought in my anklet to be repaired, and they charged me \$57 just to solder it, which already felt quite steep for such a simple fix. Unfortunately, the anklet broke again within a month.

I returned to the store and politely asked if they could repair it again, considering how soon it had broken. They agreed, but it took them an entire month just to call me back for the pickup. When I finally went to collect it, that rude woman handed it to me without so much as a greeting or thank-you—just a cold, dismissive attitude. Not even a basic "Have a good day."
