HORRIBLE!!! and I now know why! MUST READ: I noticed a few comments on here by customers stating that they couldn't order what they wanted because they couldn't make it w out certain ingredients they couldnt eat and another that their food was cold- I'll tell you why, these people are using canned food, not freshly cooked food!!! I ordered 4 combination chow mein & a Shrimp roll last night around 9:30 pm- I sat at a table while waiting- I noticed there wasnt anything out on the counters in the cooking area, everything was spotless, so I figured they were just up on their game, nor did I notice anyone "cooking" anything or even the smell of any food being cooked- within 5 mins, a chinese guy came out of the back from no wheres & walked up to the counter to tell me my order was ready- $13.00- I get home and opened it all up- this IS NOT the chow mein I have had over the past NUMEROUS years of eating chinese! This tasted like it came out of a CAN, it was supposed to come with chicken, beef, pork & shrimp with veggies- This was just pathetic! 5 small cut pieces of chicken 3 TINY shrimp and a few shreds of what appeared to be pork pieces-the rest was some salty brown sauce with onions- that was it! The shrimp roll was soggy and nothing but cabbage- NASTY! I was pissed. I was basically more than likely given & sold the days (?) left overs. FROM A CAN! NEVER AGAIN- EVER- I will stick to The Great Wall and Orient Express-
Read moreFirst off, this place royally blows. I love Americanized Chinese food and I am always trying to eat at all the varieties of Chinese from all of the different restaurants. Today in the mail I got some coupons and some of them were to Great Wall. I decided to give it a shot because I have never been there before. I ordered a very common dish, General Tso's chicken. I got a fair amount of rice and chicken and an eggroll in a fairly decent amount of time. But that is where it changes drastically. I got in my car and immediately opened the box and found all of my food to be cold, not warm, but cold. I got home and put it in the microwave to warm it up then tried it. When i ate my first fork full all I could taste was ketchup. I had my girlfriend (now deceased) and other roommates to try it to make sure that my tastebuds were correct, and behold they were. To cover up this ketchupy 'General Tso's' I loaded it with shrimp sauce, which made it somewhat bearable. Halfway through this already disappointing meal, I bit down on something metallic, which turned out to be a staple! So to put it nicely, this place blows. would not recommend to anyone, not even...

Thennnn when I call back to let her know about the mistake that was made and to see how we could fix it she argues me down about what she said I said and what she charged me.
