I hate leaving negative reviews. I always try a place 3 times before leaving a negative review so when I say this place is a disgrace to the service industry, I do not do so lightly.
Two weeks ago I placed an order on my mobile app and came through the drive thru. My order wasn't ready so they asked me to pull forward. Mistake #1. I watched 10 cars get serviced before my order was ever brought out. I pulled away before checking my order. Mistake #2. It was wrong. I did not complain. Things happen. It could have just been a bad day. Mistake #3.
Today, I placed my order through the app and pulled through the drive thru. They handed me all but one part of my order -my frappe. They asked me to pull forward. Mistake #4. I watched as they passed 3 more frappes to customers behind me. I sat at "the rail" waiting for my order over 10 minutes. In fact, I finished my sandwich while I waited. Then I saw the window person ask a car to pull to the rail and that's when they realized I was still there. I assumed my frappe would be up shortly. Mistake #5. They pushed two more cars to the drive thru wait spots until I finally decided to go inside.
I asked to speak to a manager. Despite the insane amount of employees behind the counter I was told they were short staffed. The drive thru agent came by, assuring me that she was a manager. Her name was Leah. She remembered me from the drive thru but wasn't sure what I was still waiting on. Then three more people came up to the counter to hear the story. I asked if they were so short staffed why were there 3 people standing around listening to this story. To which one replied - I wanted to hear what you were missing.
As soon as they realized what was missing they all said 'ohhhh". And that was it.
I was told that someone busted a bag and they just assumed it was replaced and brought out to me. And then, they just stood there. No offer to remedy, replace or refund. Until I just continued to look at them. Finally she said do you want a refund and handed me $ from the till.
This is the most ridiculous experience I've EVER had! I realize this is fast food and my expectations should already be low, but this is ridiculous.

The management is terrible and the employees don't seem to care. They are very rude and disrespectful; I just cannot tolerate it. I've been inside and saw multiple flies, it's unsanitary! Now let's talk about a few of my bad experiences. I ordered a lemonade with no ice and they employee decides to only fill my cup up halfway like it was acceptable! I asked could I get more lemonade, I just want what I'm paying for and she tells me the machine can't fill up the cup to the top. What kind of excuse is that?! I couldn't believe it. Another time, I was told to drive back around and order again because THEY got my order wrong. Not to mention, the line was wrapped around the building!! The most recent which is leading me to write this review today is them not serving me breakfast during breakfast time. DOESNT MCDONALDS HAVE ALL DAY BREAKFAST ANYWAY? I ordered my food, and there was a hesitation as she didn't hear me. She yells in the speaker, sorry we're serving lunch. I ask what time do you all stop serving breakfast? (I asked to see if something changed from the last time I went) She doesn't even answer my question!! She tells me again, we're on lunch. I was fed up and couldn't take it anymore. That was the final straw. There are so many more stories, I can't even tell them all. So many times has my order been messed up as well. To sum it up, the inability to serve the majority was sacrificed by a judgement call to hold up all the drive through traffic, 2 lanes, in favor of one customer who wanted hash browns. This occured at 745am. I stay in the drive through for over half an hour. I figured with this kind of wait that my order would be fine. Well, it wasn't. I get to pick up my order and the person who took my order was there to hear that I ordered the two for four bacon egg cheese biscuit, etc . I find only 1. She accepted fault but another worker, the window attendant, said they are short help when I ask for the breakfast sandwich I ordered. After this long wait, the expect me to pull over and come in to get it. The amount was verified at the pay window and it was over $12 so I thought it I paid for two. I find out I paid $3.89 for one when I talked for two. But this is not all.
I decline coming inside to pick it up due to the time constraint at this point. I get to my destination and discover that they not only forget to put cream in my other coffee (order for wife, too), But they forgot syrup for the pancakes. Of course, the pancakes are also cold.
I wish the management would have intervened but apparently they do not care.
I will not be back. And, this was the better McDonalds in town. I hope more people will choose to work to improve the situation! I hear that competition is fierce these days in the restaurant business. Thank you for...
