Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Statesville

I ordered my pizza online to be ready at 6:15. I got there a few minutes early so I waited. 6:15 came and gone the track pizza app didn’t even show my pizza in the oven. I asked the lady who carry herself like a manager on the status. She said they are making it now. Okay. The kid behind the registrar was on his phone. The counter behind him to the left was full of pizzas and he wasn’t calling out names or putting them in the warmer. A customer came in to get pizza. They wanted some of the extra sauces. He dropped one on the floor and picked it up and put back on the shelf. Didnt even clean it off. Someone else came to get her pizza and he put it in the bag sideways so that all the topping would slide off. Well after 15 more minutes I finally got my pizza. I ordered pretzel crust. I got home to find it was regular crust with some salt in it. The crust was so big that half of the pizza was crust. My slices were uneven. The cheese sauce was spread uneven. Some places the cheese sauce was so thick that’s all you could taste. No cheese lock so when you bit into the pizza you pulled off all the cheese and pepperonis. This is the absolute worse location you could go to. I kept calling to make an order and someone kept picking the phone up and hanging up. So I made an online order. I made the order at 2:43 pm and I needed it by 6pm. I went to pick the order up @ 5:30 pm and there is a handwritten sign on the door that says "We will be closing at 5pm" When the employee sees me, she ducks behind the counter as if I didnt see her. Since I saw her and I know she saw me, she decides to open the door. Long story short, they did not make my pizzas( I ordered 8) and I still have not recieved my refund. There was no communication that my pizzas were not going to be made and if I hadnt shown up early to pick them up, I wouldve never gotten answers. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I went across to street to Dominoes and they made me 10 pizzas in 25 minutes with only 2 employees. This is unacceptable and I will be retunring to this store everyday until they refund me my money. I don't agree with the reviews about rude, staff and pizza thats not good. I am sure we are all human and can make mistakes once or twice but when I went here pretty late one night. I actually watched a young high school gentleman that works here open and hold the door several times as customers came in and out with a smile 😃 on his face. ! Way to go young man, manners are very valuable and will get you far!!!!! So I think I can say the staff was very friendly and efficient and the pizza that I ordered was given to me in a matter of minutes fresh , hot and very good pepperoni pizza! Perfect job! Thanks 😊 so much! Very yummy in my tummy 😋. I will bring up in my reviews rude staff if I have experienced it at the same place several times constantly. So some of the reviews you read may be from someone passing through here and catches someone on a bad day! We all need to try and be understanding and not so fast to jump to defensive attitude...
