This place is so so amazing!!! I had sent my husband away for over three weeks and did a renovation of our house as a surprise . One thing needed was new den furniture!! It was three or four days before he was due home I called American Trade on East Broad, I explained to her my situation and that I had been unable to leave due to workers in my house, she said run down during there lunch , I did . I came home . Looked into a few other options, called her back, she had said if I wanted it before he came home in a few days she had to know that day,. The owners of this place went out of their way and they had my order here and delivered in four days mind you that’s including a weekend on top of the holiday of Memorial Day! They understood how important this was to me that my house was perfect when my husband returned, I couldn’t have done business with a better place !!! They are so sweet and sold me wonderful furniture at a very nice price,, Let me tell you something!!! I had purchased the BackTrack by Ashley, it’s a chocolate leather with USB chargers , Power foot and head rest recliners, heat and Air massage in all pieces, I got the Sofa, Loveseat and Recliner!! This is the most comfortable couch I have ever owned!! The leather is soft but thick, stitching is nice , it has storage compartments under each arm rest with drink holders built in, a pull down middle in the sofa and built in the loveseat!! My German Shepherd gets the recliner by the window He looked at the new one and said WOW! I have been looking for the perfect sectional for weeks. I finally settled on the rawcliffe 3 pc sectional with the gigantic ottoman. I looked on facebook marketplace, i looked through a bunch of online furniture stores, and i even thought about hiring someone from craigslist to deliver it, or rent like a uhaul or something to bring it myself. the most cost effective option was to buy from american trade furniture and have them deliver it. you will not find a better deal than to buy from a local furniture store and have them deliver it, i promise you that, lol. We just got it delivered today, and I am in love with this couch!! if you see any negative reviews about this couch in particular, just ignore them, my bestie has the same couch (had it for years and still in great condition) and i love hers so i decided to get the same one. I ordered this last wednesday, and it showed up this wednesday. i opted to have it dropped off outside, and my boyfriend and i were able to bring it in and assemble ourselves. it’s really not too heavy, i have a smaller sectional that was a lot heavier and a pain to move. though if you’re not very strong you could pay more to have it brought inside I believe. I saved THOUSANDS of dollars by going through American Trade Furniture instead of buying from Ashley. If I could give a 10 star review I would. My husband and I were thrilled with how much less we paid for the furniture compared to Ashley. Not only was the price great, but the customer service has been even better. American Trade Furniture is a family-owned business, and I dealt with Daryl directly. We had a small problem with one of the pieces that was delivered, and instead of him telling me that there was nothing wrong (because mechanically it was working), he spent a long time analyzing the piece until he found that a part was bowed (came out of the box that way). He made sure the part was replaced promptly. Daryl has a good selection in the showroom, but we also went to Ashley and looked there. One reason the prices are lower at ATF is because of the reduced overhead cost, so don’t be afraid to go to Ashley and then tell Daryl what you want to order. I couldn’t choose between two sets, so I ended up buying both and replacing furniture in two rooms. I got four pieces of furniture from ATF for less than the price of two pieces at Ashley.
