I made a MOBILE order so I could pick it up in the drive-through on my way to work. I was told one of my 5 items was not ready and to pull around to mobile ordering. After waiting TEN minutes for a MOBILE order that I should have picked up in the drive-through, I went inside because no one had been out and I thought they'd forgotten me. When I got inside, no one was at the counter. The drive-through guy... who had sent me to the mobile parking space... looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me. A cook was finally finishing my one item and tried to hand it to the DT guy, who just pointed to me. Cook walks over to hand me the item, and I said, "There's a whole order. " He turns around, grabs my bag, shoves the item inside, and holds it out to me. I say "Thank you" and he responds, "Yeah." Like I owe him. By the time I got my order, my Doritos hard shell taco was mushy and gross.
NOT good customer service. NOT a friendly staff. They seemed apathetic and afraid to speak with enough voice volume to be heard. Training staff needs to be better.
No receipt in or on the bag. I can't find the information I need to contact management, but I certainly will. This was NOT a good trip.

Read moreThis Taco Bell cannot ever get the orders right. Every single time we go through and ask for a Beef, bean and cheese burrito with sour cream it has lettuce, tomato, and or onions. I mean come on how hard is it to make sure the customers are getting the right food and let's not forget paying for the right food at 12:30am (in the morning)..... come on it's not hard bc it's not lunchtime, it'sat night while most are sleeping. I can let it go once but everytime, that's pathetic and terrible service. So if you want your food to be correct you best take the time and sit at the window to make sure it is correct before driving off even if it takes a long time to get and it holds up the line. Second, Don't let me get started on how rude some of the employees are... Seriously unprofessional and a good way to lose business especially as i see this one already has a 3.6 stars (which is horrible) and terrible reviews. Maybe the owner of Taco Bell should send some of those employees to a seminar on customer service or how about if they are not happy with their job then they should go find one that doesn't involve customer relations. Horrible service and can never get the food right..... Why should i spend my money??? I'm sorry one star isn't what this one deserves unfortunately for me to post I have to give...
Read moreThis place has been extremely slow at their orders inside drive-thru is extremely slow it's so pathetic we waited nearly an hour in and out of the drive-thru people leaving some people getting out of their cars and having to go inside two to see if they could get faster either play and when you did get in there and got service they were the girls and staff and guys were so slow it looked like they were walking in robotic mode their pants were so tight I can make it probably barely breathe and moving on it looks very unprofessional that typ a type of pants and leggings it looked absolutely ridiculous if you were choosing a fast food restaurant in this area I would definitely reconsider because they are not fast very unprofessional slow their dress attire definitely not flattering no one was available to work the front when you walk in I waited forever 20 minutes probably waiting then I had to ask somebody hey can we get some service at the front anybody taking orders over here terrible experience it's been a terrible experience this is not the first time beware the food was cold I'm talking super cold when it was handed out the drive through window I do not recommend beware and pick something else in the area not this fast...
