Update: looks like people do listen, Thanks so much for cleaning the place up!! My husband the king had his first Whopper sandwich from here in several years , we went through the drive thru so I am uncertain of inside conditions, but a very efficient, kind and hardworking woman named Jessie has been wonderful taking our orders and we have had perfectly made food that looks just like the pictures and the taste oh the taste so delightful on your taste buds!!!! When I give low reviews it’s after numerous problems with a business everyone can make mistakes once or twice , it’s also to improve the business! I don’t want good places closing and my towns becoming a ghost town that’s boarded up! If I don’t really care about things I would never ask for any improvements!!! I remember coming here over the years this used to be a great fast food place but over time has gone downhill . The place is dirty from the floors to the greasy fingerprints on the windows ( not in one but both places)! Yes in the Claremont location too and yes we drove all the way there for a perfectly made Whopper but unfortunately it was terrible too! but last time I was in the Broad Street one a hamburger was smeared across the floor and greasy fingerprints on the windows the place was nasty . Once again the general rule is dirty exterior, dirty interior which is the kitchen you’re food is prepared in !!!! I also remember someone putting their kid outside the car and they let it pee in the parking lot!! A sight I will never forget unfortunately 🤢 take it to the bathroom! Both of our Burger Kings are this way !!! WAKE UP OWNERS you have people like my husband that would love a perfectly made Whopper like he used to get in this town ! Fix it made your food great again! Don’t believe me look at the ratings on all the BK,s and start listening to your costumer’s complaints. The one all the way in Denver has the highest at 4 stars Great Job there !! But when I stopped at the restaurant to get a good juicy burger 🍔 I got a pink on the inside burger and didn't realize it till the 3rd bite . You now how it cools down and u can really taste your burger . I wondered why my stomach felt like I needed to run to the restroom room. When I looked and seen that it was pink and tried to tell the staff about it they all walked away and saying not another one and called their manager to the front. One sandwich was wrong type, one sandwich had mayo and no cheese added to anything. Asked for ranch. Denied. Had to pay. Normally that would not bother me, but with the whole ordering experience a f$&&& up I refused. I had ordered it. Had ordered other things which were not done correctly. I should have known when ordering I should just leave. Asked for a #10. Told they didn’t have a #10. Yes they did. Then ordered a #11. Told they didn’t have an #11. I said it was the fish. She said they did have that. I’m guessing that wasn’t true because I ended up with 3 #10’s - all made not as ordered.
