NEW Update:: March 11,2025 My husband and I went to subway again tonight, trying it again!!! we walked in and ordered our sandwiches, I had a Boss Meatball sandwich my husband ordered a American Club we had both toasted, I only asked for olives, banana peppers and a few onions to be added I asked for a few more olives and was told they could only put so many I asked when that changed, the young guy with long pulled back hair answered me and said itโs a recent Change, my question is you allow people to add some of each thing there !!No problem but you canโt add a few more olives to my sandwich??? ๐ฎ. Donโt believe you you got mad because youโre lettuce was nasty old and can be a health violation again!! Go to the grocery store and CARE what you are feeding your costumers!! Same manager with old lettuce ๐ฅฌ they had a covered bin with lettuce they were to cheap to throw the old out and put fresh in trying to say it looked like the other with a sorry!! You all should be ashamed serving people that!!! Then my husbandโs sandwich barely had and meat or cheese on it! This place has gotten tight and obviously could care less about customer health ( serving old food if both looked like that I would not be telling anyone itโs a shame) or customer satisfaction!! The food Health Inspector ๐ง needs to pay you a visit and do the job our taxes pay for! Clean you up!! No more nasty lettuce, wilted old tomato ect, no more unsanitary face piercings, people need to be wearing hair nets!!!! I have been find hairs in food at several places. Once three times at a place back to back plates!! Clean up these restaurants!!! They need to quit getting by treating people anyway !
Update : up until tonight we had been coming back here after a very long break, the food and staff have been great! Tonight though we walked in a once again a lady working serving food with a nose ring in her nose not just a piercing that is bad enough, this once again we walked out and went elsewhere after letting them know why ! It Is unsanitary and not hygiene and it can contaminate your food or fall out in it So just take it out at work if you are in food service Waitress or cook serving food in a food business. PLEASE. SEE attached photos from Food Documents , our health inspection department needs to address this issue here!!! Old Review: Customer service and quality of food! I really think it depends on who's working. The lady working tonight was not very friendly and had a I don't care attitude. My husband ordered a subway club footlong and wanted bacon on it, she said they don't come with bacon, he said club sandwiches have bacon. Then she said something about an American club that had bacon , she had already put ham and roast beef on the subway club sandwich. My husband said ok that's fine make the American club sandwich , we were standing there watching and I looked at her in disbelief as she took the roast beef off and threw it away! ๐ค people are starving in this world and instead of leaving it on the sandwich she chose to throw it away! ๐ Wow what attitude all to make a point apparently of one sub club comes with this no bacon or apparently no roast beef on the other! My husband ask her why she threw it away she responded with something about contamation. We would have paid extra if needed for bacon or Roast beef seriously! ! Not a Big joke . The dining room was empty, and he told me they were talking about how another store here had failed their quality assurance inspection. That doesn't seem very appropriate. We also live approximately 3 minutes away from this subway, and by the time he got home with the food, it was already ice cold. It also wasn't what we ordered. We got footlong pro sandwiches, and they did not contain the double protein that I paid for. When I called to inform them of this and ask for a refund, the female on the phone only wanted to argue with me. I told her I hadn't eaten anything all day, and she didn't seem to care as she was saying "I literally watched my coworker make your food and I made him put double cheese on it" and "can you PLEASE bring the receipt and a picture of the food so we can process your refund. ย ย ย Read moreWell first of all I hadn't been to this Subway location in years because I always go to a different location buy I sure am glad I went to this location this time because the customer service from the gentleman working that evening was great. He greeted me upon walking in the door, then asked how he could help me, even asked if I wanted extra meat on my turkey sub( I paid extra for it of course) then he engaged in actual conversation with me while he was making my sub not just talk about the food. This gentleman was very pleasant and made my visit a pleasure. I wouldn't mind visiting again. I wish I had found out his name so I could mention it in this review.
