Update December 4/2024 my stepdad has cancer after his treatment he and was craving roast beef I decided to get it for him I ordered food for the whole family the young man at the window seemed to be in his own world and didn't care how he took the order we got some of the order correct but some stuff was missing and what made it worse was we waited for over 30mins to get fresh hot food when the young man brought it out I thanked him told him have a nice day but he just basically tossed the food at me through the window and walked inside I usually check everything but my dad wasn't feeling well and was in misery so imagine the frustration of getting home with only half the order the food use to be decent here but recently the employees can't seem to be bothered to get you your complete order and if you do get it you never know what you're going to get it may be a part of your order or someone else's not to mention the attitude you receive after bringing the issue to...
Read moreReally bad experience. First off, the whole lobby was dirty. There was even a spray bottle and washcloth sitting on a table with cleaning spray on a couple tables, and was left there without simply wiping them off. The drink and condiment counter was covered in dried soda spills.. it was gross. Got our meals, and the fries looked horrible. I nicely asked if we could get some more made and the worker huffed at me like I annoyed her. And that was after blantly being ignored while she chatted with her coworker for almost 3 minutes knowing I was needing help. While eating our dinner, one of the workers went to take the trash out, and left the whole garbage cubby and lid laying open right in the middle of the lobby and entrance, inconveniencing everyone. Nothing was upkept or clean. The manager on duty this afternoon usually keeps up with everything good. It was a let down. I'm extremely disappointed, especially since our experience here is...
Read moreI love Arby’s so this makes me sad. Arby’s October 17, 2023 Staunton Virginia Employ Hayley, Hailey, Hailee I was sitting there, waiting for my order when a lady who is clearly a stroke victim asked if there was catchup available. The employee at the counter who said her name was Haley spoke with a tone of derision when she couldn’t understand the old lady who had a stroke and asked, “what did you say? I thought I would help the old lady and told Haley that the lady was trying to say you were out of ketchup and Haley said, “so what, we will get to it when we can.” I picked up my order and on the way out maybe suggested to Halley not to act so rudely to an old person who had a stroke and Haley must be having a bad day at work because she reacted even more poorly to my criticism of her behavior as an employee of Arby’s. Fricking shameful and unworthy of a bell ringing. QR code didn’t even work to give a review...
