If I could give negative 10 I would. I would call this theft!!!! I placed an order online @ approx 8:55 pm, recieved email confirmation, kept looking at the tracker, after an hour later my order status still said "preparing" called the store. No answer, so I called customer service, they couldn't get ahold of anyone at the store. I asked for a refund since (obviously no one was at the store and hasn't been there since before 9. (Store closes at 10) Customer service canceled my order, and I was informed that I would have to call the store in Staunton in the morning to receive a refund because customer service was unable to process any refunds... so I did. Talked to the manager VICKI, she stated that she was unable to give me a refund bc I had canceled my order. I explained to her that I didn't customer service did bc no one would answer the phones. She said the "phone lines might have been down". I said that fine and dandy but my order was placed ONLINE and the tracker said you received my order and it was in preparation mode. And no one bothered to make it or pick up the phone. no one made my order, and I explained the situation, told her this was HOUR NUMBER FOUR that I have been trying to get my money back and I was told too bad. She wouldn't give me a refund bc she said I canceled my order. Again I did not, customer service did, and was told by them only you have the authority to refund it, and I still have a charge on my card. She stated for my to call the bank and resolve the issue with my bank not them. (Dispute the charge) Even though their customer service said they were unable to and now she wasn't going to. Manager kept making excuses after excuses. REFUSED to help, and when I asked for a corporate number and she hung up on me. Called customer service again, they still cant give me a refund, they sent an email to the district manager, they don't have corporate number either. 🙄 So I am still with no refund. Read moreI wish I could give zero stars that's how horrible the service was and how we were treated. Ordered a big dinner box added cheesey bread. A $60 order. They messed up dinner box. I had one rectangular pizza and a round pizza. Forgot my order of cheesy bread. Call up to the store over 5 times before any one would answer. Spoke to a woman and she tried to blame the door dash drivers, because they no longer have delivery drivers. She proceeded to tell me they did not have a manager on duty. She was completely incompetent and had the nerve to tell me she would give me a $10 credit on my next order. Never offered my cheesy bread. I had to tell her I don't want a credit I want my bread. She told me there was a two hour wait on delivery. I had to go pick it up mind you the store isn't even lit up and it's pitch black outside. After I called customer service they told me the female I spoke to was in fact the manager. Absolutely horrible.
