Only left a one star review cause I had to. The manager Kasey was very rude and even hung up the phone on me. One of her employees charged my wife for a service without checking the details for a T mobile prepaid plan. My wife said the phone was unlocked and according to Kasey she assumed thatās was the case. They charged my wife $100 and said they couldnāt refund it. She blame my wife and said she should have known. My wife is a customer the employee should have known and advised her before they charge her that what she wanted wouldnāt work.
I called just to let her know we want a refund and should have to wait 6 days to be issued a refund. I told her if she couldnāt refund the money I would leave a review and call the BBB. She said if I was threatening her and proceeded to had up. That boy a threat??? Iām just telling what Iām going to do cause yāall business was bad.

Friday, 7/11 is when the problem started. After Apple couldnāt help I called tech support at T-Mobile who tried various things to no avail. He was going to bump it up to higher support. After waiting until Tuesday with no further support, I called T-Mobile again and spent another hour and a half with a tech trying many things, again issue not resolved. He thought it was my husbandās phone so ordered a new one which came to the Staunton, VA T-Mobile store. The new phone did not resolve the issue, and the tech, Danny Diaz said to bring both phones in for him to look at. Did that this morning and within 2 minutes, he resolved the simple issue that our contacts were blocked. She has been exceptional in her knowledge and help. I am very pleased with the service. I recently decided to switch my phone too. Sarah was unavailable so I went to the Staunton store for help in setting up the new phone. I was EXTEMELY pleased with the customer service! TJ and Daniel were super helpful and very patient. I later returned with my I-pad and the young lady working (unfortunately I didn't get her name) was also very helpful. I couldn't help but notice as people entered the store, TJ made a point of speaking to everyone and letting the customers know someone would be right with them even though they were very short staffed.
