I went here to purchase an entertainment center today. I was not greeted by any staff member or offered any assistance finding anything. I found the entertainment centers myself after searching for a while and saw that some items are only floor models and the actual item had to be purchased in the box to be assembled. One of the two staff members present looked at me from a distance as I tried to find the box containing the item I wanted. Still, not a single word spoken to me acknowledging my presence in the store. I returned to the back to the item I intended to purchase to get the information about it and have decided to purchase it elsewhere due to the lack of basic customer service from the staff. As I exited I received one final glance from a store employee sitting in a recliner. I spent over 20 minutes in this store with absolutely no greeting, no offer of assistance, or one single peep from staff. I will not be returning to this store and would highly recommend that anyone actually wishing to purchase something and needing a staff member at some point during their visit would not go as well. She was so kind and friendly! She gave me time to look without being hassled like other furniture stores tend to do, yet was ready to jump in just as soon as I found something I liked.

There was another lady providing service to other customers who seemed equally amazing and the gentleman. Who loaded my hutch for me was just ex optional as well!

Went today, June 1st for a mattress. Sorry can't recall the two wonderful ladies' names, but they met us as we came in, took is to the mattress section. Was looking for the same mattress brand we had, and the closest was a Serta Artic. It was nice, but we decided to look at others. After many hours, we decided on Sterns and Foster.
