I received a coupon in the mail a few days ago, I went to use it and was told I could not use it until June 2nd no where on this coupon does it say that. The coupon has an expiration date but not a start date. The so called "manager " was sitting at a table in the dinning room and I showed her that the coupon does not have a valid start date. Her response was oh I don't make the coupons and some times they mess up on them. I then asked her name since she is the manager and she handled the situation VERY poor. She refused to tell me her name and was as rude as can be. So if I own this company especially as the flyer said under new ownership I would like to know your MANAGER is not fit for her job and definitely is NOT some one I would want running my business and or trying to attract customers. I will be sure to let everyone know the HORRIBLE management you have running this place. She should have apologized for the misunderstanding on the mailer and or honored the mistake she made a point to say I don't own this place. Read moreSunday, 3/18/18, I went thru the drive-thru at this location. I waited in line for about 10 minutes which is not my complaint. When I got to the check out window, the girl who had taken my order moved out of the way, and a young man with mustard yellow fingernails (which looked gross but aren't part of my complaint) moved in and gave me my order, smirking at me the whole time. I did not receive my pickles which I had ordered, (complaint) and I did not receive my receipt (BIG PART OF MY COMPLAINT) since I itemize.

Since I don't know what's going on with my credit card information and the receipt situation I have notified my card company for fraudulent activity.

Get to the drive they window and he informs me that they’re out of bottled water but didn’t take it off my total. Had to ask for him to take it off. Get down the road to find out my Caesar salad came with blue cheese for the dressing. Turned around, came inside, told them I received the wrong dressing and the man started blaming me for the mistake. The two black guys started talking to each other and looking at me. They continue to blame me until the sweet lady working up front told them that Caesar dressing comes with the Caesar salad. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes.
