Update. The owner called me to apologize. We had a good talk about how this happened, and about how Arby's is normally my favorite. He offered a replacement, which was enough to make me happy. It took over a week for me to return, but it was a good experience. The owner actually carried my order out to my car to meet me, apologize again, and to make sure all was well. He's definitely, a customer-centric owner. I gladly recommend this location. & upped the Stars to 5. Just took my first bite; well worth the wait. I love the Crispy Fish Sandwiches.
New Location for me. Ordered 2/$6.99 Both Crispy Fish, extra Tartar Sauce. Waited a year to have it on the menu again (Lenten Special.) More trouble ordering online even though card is on file. I really detest their Web ordering sometimes. So, ordered at Window (losing any credit for running order history as a member.) Car in front pulled up for bag delivery. When I finished, I pulled up after they left. Order took 15+ minutes, but it meant Fresher, Hotter in my mind. 1 car behind me left right away. Next 2 cars ordered and pulled in delivery spots beyond me. Finally, my order came out. The guy asked if I was waiting. I said yes. Thanked him. Put the heavy bag on front seat and left. I didn't check because I've never had to at Arby's. Got home; pulled my fish sandwich out... Only it was Mozz Sticks, Curly Fries, and a Beef Gyro. No Horsey Sauce. Who eats Arby's Beef, period...let alone with no Horsey???!!! I tried calling the number printed on the check. Answering machine, no ID as Arby's. Double checked #. No return call. This is one of the only times I ever left a completely negative review. Maybe, I'll have to wait for Dr's appts down in SCS instead of the one around the corner from my new place. Or, even the one on 12 Mile and Hayes by MCC. I know I can trust them.
Btw, I ate 2 Mozz Stix and half the sandwich. Mobility issues and low blood sugar meant no running back right away for a corrected order or immediate refund. I'll wait for...

I can't believe Corporate even allows her to work there... The first thing she says to me when I pull up to the drive thru... Is... Are you Ready to Listen?!... Wth!... Who says that?!... She then takes my order in a well mannered procedure and even repeated everything... We'll... Obviously, She's the One that needs to Listen, because she has no customer skills Whatsoever... When I get my order, It's Wrong... I ordered Small fries, and Light Ice for my drinks... Of course it's Wrong!... It's a Medium fries & the Ice is filled to the top, and the Food is Ice Cold... She's the one that needs to LISTEN!... Just like every other Fast Food establishment... Don't Listen or Care... Typical!... I see from the other reviews that it's a common trend with this...
Read moreWhile the staff have always been very friendly, today was a bit different. I ordered the new Wagyu Bacon Ranch burger.....the menu board outside CLEARLY states that this sandwich is $6.99. They didn't have the jalapeno bites I wanted, so I got mozzarella sticks instead, for $3.49. I was told my total was $12 something, & I questioned it. Wax told that the burger is $7.99. I said, "I'm looking right AT it, & it says, $6.99.... & the Deluxe is $5.99. She kept telling me that the Deluxe was $6.99, & the one I ordered is $7.99. Feeling incredulous, I said, "I'll take a pic of it if you'd like me to" , & she replied, " No sweetheart, I'll just take a dollar off for you! ". I wonder how much extra money they're profiting from with this scam. CHECK YOUR BILL if you go to this location. By the way, the burger was just "ok".... the ranch sauce covers up the taste of the burger... I ended up scraping...
