Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

There a plenty of jets to go to. DO NOT GO HERE. they are beyond disrespectful and take advantage of their customers. Yesterday was Valentine’s Day. I ordered one bread at 5 pm. Went there at 6 to pick it up. Gave them a full hour until I arrived. I knew It would be busy. Waited my time in line. By the time I get to the front my entire winter coat reeked like toxic oven vent air. Clearly they don’t clean the ovens or vents there. Guy at the front tells me it’s gonna be another 20-30 mins. (It’s already been one hour). I come back 30 mins later get to the front and the guys again says “yeaaa it’s not ready still about 20 more mins” so then I just asked for a refund and he ignored me so I left. I called today to speak with a manger. ( I got some disrespectful kid who does not need to be working there after today) REFUSED to listen to me. Displayed zero care or professionalism. And basically told me sorry that happened what do you want me to do about it ? Argumentative and combative employee making a situation ten times worse for an innocent customer who just wanted a single jet bread yesterday. It doesn’t take a genius to give customer service and have a customer helped for a bad experience and their money taken from them with out the food they paid for and denied being helped or accommodated for. Can’t even trust ordering food here now they’ll probably spit in the food or contaminate food because how nasty this young man was on the phone I would never ever trust anything from this location ever again. I asked to speak to a real manger or owner. He refused. Said the owner lives out of the country lmaooo like now we’re lying to customers tooo. Idk just seems like a complete joke over a 11 dollar jet bread because your staff are miserable teenagers who don’t wanna do their jobs. I will deter everyone away from jets pizza and I’m done ordering from the company period. How dare you treat a paying loyal...

I ordered the pizza from Jet's in Sterling Heights at 19 Mile and Schoenherr last night for dinner. Before ordering the pizza, I asked if they could accommodate me as far as bringing it out to my car. Because of slippery conditions and me being elderly they were able to accommodate me. They told me just to call when I got in the parking lot and they would come out and get my payment. I appreciate this very much cuz I was craving pizza but I didn't want to slip and fall either. When I got there, I called them and told him I was there. They came out got my debit card and returned with my receipt and pizza. It smelled really good. I waited till I got home in order to munch especially because of road conditions. When I got home, it looked good except for one aspect. The sausage looked dry. I ordered the Eugene Supreme which consists of sausage, onions, yellow and green peppers. It was a large deep dish rectangular pizza. It serves 10. In eating it, I found everything ok except the sausage and the ends were harder and crunchier than usual. Had I not been sitting there waiting and watching, I might have thought the pizza had been sitting there awhile. I will contact the Manager today and will follow up with an additional comment.

In the past Jet's on 19 Mile has been our go to place for pizza. Hoping last night was just a bad night. Their texting service was down, the bot ordering system took a few attempts, when I called and talked to a worker they acknowledged the texting service was down but refused to honor the 15% discount for ordering. Once I finally got the bot to work, they stated we'd get a text with the pick up time. Nope, had to call 15 minutes later to find out pick up time. They gave us a time, we arrived a few minutes prior to pick up time and the place was slammed - 10 people waiting, pizza was not ready. Instead of calling our name, it was put in the warmer, 20 minutes after stated pick up time. We pick up so that the pizza is hot when we get it home.
