Mike's Greek Grill — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

Have never been in this establishment in person but have used them multiple times via Door Dash. Every order has arrived exactly as ordered including special requests. It is well packaged, hot and tastes great. Can’t wait until we can try them in person! Thank you for being on your game!

Guess i jinxed us!

Ordered via door dash again tonight 1/15/21. Food arrived 30 minutes late, was ice cold and missing the greek salad we paid extra for, we have the dressing but no salad. Door Dash driver says it was restaurant and they say was him. I don’t know who to believe but I am sure its both. Either way I paid 35 for cold and missing food and nobody will own it. Either way neither will be used in the near future.

Side note after warming it all up the food was ok but not great as I earlier stated.

Update had them last night and gave them back the two stars I took last time. Truth be told I reordered via door dash by accident thinking it was another Greek favorite. When I realized I thought of canceling the order but decided to try again. This time the order was well packaged,hot and complete and above all the food was awesome. Thank you...

I stopped for my first time a few weeks ago for breakfast. The atmosphere was bleak and decor is unfinished however the food wasn’t terrible. I ordered a Greek omelette and the gyro meat was plentiful, feta flavorful etc. Upon leaving I inquired about their authentic Greek dishes and my waitress swore “we offer them but they’re not listed on our menu”. For several weeks I’ve been trying to get back for that authentic Greek food and finally today- I was told they don’t actually offer it! The atmosphere is loud and annoying conversations go on all around you but the ONLY thing that brought me back “carry out mind you” was the promise by his staff that authentic Greek food was offered, although not listed on printed menu. A waste of my valuable time and gas, driving out of my way to this strip center diner! Never again will I go to Mike noGreek yet he replies to this review “hopefully next time you find what you’re looking...

I tried:

Spinach Pie - 5 stars! Finally, a place that really seasons and properly cooks their spinach pie. It was lemony enough, with a great amount of feta cheese and a wonderful puff pastry crust. They charge quite a bit for it but it's worth it since it's high quality and so well-made.

Country Omelet - 3.75 Stars. Portion was decent and the ingredients were fresh but they just weren't seasoned. From the vegetables, to the hash browns inside, to the country gravy, it was good but just not great. I think it has the potential to be very good but it just needs a bit more attention. I think I'm going to try and add ham next time to increase the saltiness and then hit it with some major pepper before even digging in.
