Original Buscemi's — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

First, let me start out the the guy that was running the register be at the owner or whatever. He was very kind and nice, my Friend had asked and Called and said If they had 4 pizzas, they stated yes. We are closing in 30 minutes. I stated ok. when I got there, They were probably within 22 minutes of closing at that point. He didn't have 4 he didn't sell them Prior to me, getting there, so He only had 2 Left. So I asked him if he could make another pizza. The other guy said no. We're just about ready to close and you would think if you're the owners or whatever you are, you'd want to maintain customers. To throw up pizza in 15-20 minutes and satisfy a customer well, He gave me the 2 slices of pizza. And a Calzone For only five dollars. So I said you'll continually get my business. Unfortunately, the pizzas were hard as can be. The calzone was totally cold and I just realized they would have done a lot better if they would have said no. We're getting ready to close but we don't have anything fresh at this time. That's why I gave them a one rating. The one guy was nice in 1 way but I think in reality. I thought they were doing me a favor in all Seriousness I was the one that got the short end of the stick. It's okay. I just want people to be aware that's not how you run a business? In my opinion and I'm Italian. Whether they're Italian or whatever. It doesn't matter what race you are. It matters what's...

I went to pick up a door dash for a customer and he asked me for my ID. I went to the car grabbed my drivers license and gave it to him. He proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t me in my own driver’s license photo and started claiming it was fake. I’m not sure why he thought it was fake and that I would be posing as someone I’m not and kept saying I was younger than my age and I’m 26. It’s clearly right there on my license. If you didn’t want me to pick up the order or couldn’t count my birthday year you should of said that instead of going back and fourth with me about my own license. Hopefully you weren’t being racist because of my skin color. Anyway I won’t be back. I don’t have this problem anywhere else. Wouldn’t recommend this...

3rd time I’ve been in this buscemis . I ordered a pizza for the first time . Usually I just get slices. I also grabbed a sub for the next days lunch. The pizza was terrible some slices didn’t even have cheese. I used to love buscemis pizza , but there are a lot better pizzerias around. Also the sub barely had anything on it. Everything was terrible and I could tell whoever made this stuff didn’t really care about what they were doing. I think they need to go back to buscemis pizza school. Or just care...
