I'm not typically one to make too much of a fuss about service or my meal but there are absolutely exceptions to be made with this establishment..

my family and I went here for my daughter's birthday dinner. immediately upon entering, we were hit with the smell of trash and rot and as someone who used to clean restaurant Kitchens for a living, I was able to recognize the smell as being an over full grease trap..

either way, my daughter was committed to eating here and the smell wasn't enough to deter her so I figured I could tough it out for her.. we were seated and started to browse the menu when I noticed that the silverware was filthy and still had food stuffs stuck to it. not just one set, but all of them. our silverware was replaced but the new silverware was also filthy, as were the dishes that our food came out on.

but perhaps the worst part of the entire ordeal and the sole reason for my choice to go out of my way to leave a review was the poor service..

when we mention the silverware upon entering, we were very kind and discreet about it but the waitress took the silverware, literally threw it into the dirty dish bin and went to another waitress and audibly told her that she "will not be doing this with these people all night", referring to us.

at which point, the other waitress took over for her and she went on to do the dishes and took every opportunity to passive aggressively bang things around.. we didn't say anything to anybody or make any complaint aside from a request for new silverware. but the entire ordeal was extremely uncomfortable and I am absolutely certain that no one trying to run a profitable business would allow anybody like that to work for them.

I went in this morning for some breakfast. The waitress comes up and asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted the vegetarian eggs. But please make sure it’s not being cooked on the same grill as the bacon is being cooked, she gives me a weird look. As if I was asking for the impossible. She takes my order and just gives it to the chef. As I’m watching him cook my food, he cooked my vegetarian eggs on the same grill as the bacon was being cooked thirty seconds ago, without even cleaning the grill. Or even removing the old oil to add new oil, I’m not asking for a new grill. I was just asking for a clean grill.. turns out I’m not the only one dealing with this. He was cooking bacon. Along with pancakes. And other stuff in the same grill without even cleaning it once. My eggs tasted straight like pork. I was very disappointed. The lady comes and asks if my food is good. I told her I was disappointed that it’s the eggs but liked the hash browns. she just says “okay.” And that’s it. And still proceeded to charge me for the food that I didn’t even end up eating.

All I asked was for a simple accommodation as a Muslim. And this is the service I got. Never...

Went here for breakfast bc of all the good reviews. It has a cute little set up but the service sucks! We started our order with drinks and a booster seat for my neice as you would any where. We orderd 1 coffee and 2 cokes. I dont know why we got 1 coke 2 coffees and 2 waters? Had to explain our drink order twice before they finally got it. Then the food was ok not the best my eggs were runny I was sceptical to eat them but did bc I didnt wanna complain bc we had already waited almost 20 mins for our order. Then my cousin opened his daughters drink lid n found little brown things floating in her water that she had already taken drinks from. At this point we were ready to go but before we could we waited 20 more mins for our bill..while waiting I went to use the restroom and walked right back out due to the disgusting mess.
