Savvy Sliders — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

Made an order for 2 lion packs from savy sliders on December 30 for the 31st at 7:30. (Answered the phone with just hello? I hate when business do that)So we gave them plenty of time to get it ready 😂. We get there at 8 and order isn’t ready , which is understandable it’s NYE and there was about 3/4 other people waiting for thier order also But we all made the orders prior so they should be ready we didnt walk in and order

After 15/20 min the cashier said you’ll need to wait another 40 min 🤦🏼‍♀️. She was rude to the me and customers and just saying “calm down want your money back or wait? The kitchen staff and cashier were arguing with eachother. It was just very unprofessional. And just left a bad taste ( pun intended) somehow they gave us our order within 5 min after they said 40 min . They advertise a lions box and it wasn’t ( that’s fine, not big deal ) the burgers were cold ( don’t know how when they’re behind and just made it) and did not look appealing. Not all of them had all ingredients and didn’t even taste good.

Wow! I have never been to any restaurant as good as this. Savvy sliders just opened near my home and I am IN SHOCK!! Everyone needs to try this out, Foods range from burgers, to even onion rings!! I’m a picky eater myself and was pretty skeptical about trying these kinds of food, so I got the savvy sack. It comes with a choice of a fried chicken sandwich, or a burger. I usually go with the fried chicken. It comes with a drink of your choice, or a milkshake. (Which are amazing!) and a side of fries, which you can add seasoning of HouseBlend, Cajun, and lemon peper. HouseBlend is usually my GoTo. I highly recommend everyone to try this out. Costumer service is also very good as expected. Joe is amazing at what he does and always checks if the food is okay and if we need anything. Dahlia works at the front and is amazing at what she does and is so sweet and nice to everyone. Savvy sliders is really good for handling costumers who are having trouble with their order and feedback on the restaurant. Not to mention some workers speak different languages to help costumers with their order. Overall Savvy Sliders is the BEST food places I’ve been to in a while and I highly recommend...

I sincerely can’t say anything bad about this restaurant. 🥰 I’ve only had great experiences here and I’ve been to this location numerous times since the grand opening. First of all, the staff is AMAZING!! They are nothing less than helpful with questions and being there for the customer. The customer service was impeccable! The food is always fresh and hot when I get it and is crisp to perfection. Not to mention, the sauces 🤤 WOW. The chicken tenders are FANTASTIC. They’re a great size and can fill you up. I would say that the food is truly 11/10.
