She sounded like she had an attitude so I pull to the window and she hands me a small coffee😐 I ask if that's a large she loudly sighs like it's my fault and hands me my muffins and sandwich. I check 👍. She finally come back with my coffee hands it to me and walks away i get to work eat and go to take a sip of the coffee and it tastes like hot water with chemicals and cinnamon...I'm like omg. I call up there and the same girl answers the phone I ask for a manager and she rudely hands the phone to someone the whole time complaining about me asking for a manager. Read moreI would give negative stars if I could. This Tim Horton's does not deserve any stars. Stopped at this Tim Hortons approximately 10:10 am for two hot cappuccinos. The lady on the drive thru mic could not grasp that we wanted two hot cappuccinos, one with French vanilla and one with caramel. She kept asking us if we wanted the cappuccinos hot or cold. Finally, she asked us to pull up to the window. Now a younger fellow asked us if we wanted two hot cappuccinos and we said yes, one French vanilla and one caramel. The fellow said I needed to order one French vanilla cappuccino and one caramel expresso. I said ok, didn’t seem to be that big of a deal to me. The fellow than gave us two of the drinks we wanted, he didn’t ask what size we wanted and then stated he was keeping the change for his trouble, 89 cents from a $6.11 order for two small cappuccinos. We were heading to an appointment in the area so I did not dispute his basically stealing the .89 cents. Not so much the money as the actions taken by these two employees who will keep me from purchasing from Tim Hortons in the future. My wife and I have never had this problem at Tim Hortons before and we definitely would not stop at this location again. Are these two employees the best people can really hire these days? If so, this country is finished. No ethics at a personal level and no work...
