Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

Ok so I've been coming to this specific taco bell for nearly 2 years now and thankfully I've never had a bad experience! Dining inside is a pleasant experience plenty of places to sit" both big tables smaller ones and even a booth in case you got extra people with you! The item stations are perfect! Napkins sauces forks ect ect straws and everything! It's also clean in here which is important for a fast food place! No flies or dirty tables and nothing ever nasty ever appeared in my food! Ordering is also easy weather at the counter with an employee or using the kiosk after putting in your order you will then use a name of your choice and will be called when your food is ready! Speaking of food the quality here like any other fast food is exactly what you'd expect! The food is good and certain items on the menu is absolutely delicious. Well at least for me since everyone is different but the menu also does have variety" with tacos and burritos being the main focus of course there's plenty of options and even costume toppings being an option for your meal of choice with a good selection of toppings to choose from and the beverages are GREAT soda is there too of course but there's lots of other great drinks to ocompany your meal! So the quality of the food is pretty good considering the fact it's fast food my only problem is the pricing as fast food has become a bit of a luxury for low income individuals unfortunately it is expensive to eat here my meal alone for just me was 22$ and I only had 4 items so be aware when coming here as you will most likely need more than at least 14$ to eat here unless you are getting a smaller amount of food which is offered with some of the combo meals but somewhat high price aside taco bell is probably one of my favorite fast food joints here in michigan not only is the food good enough but the scenery is very enjoyable it's nice and fresh inside good seats clean tables and good staff for the most part so if you can afford it and you want a good place to eat in a world of so many different options in terms of fast food I'd say taco bell is still one of the good ones

Has gone downhill in the last year. Yesterday evening I witnessed a manager being rude to a customer. Laughing with employee about it. When customer said something manager called her a btch and charged at her threatening to kick her as. Another manager came front back & had to pull her away. Then the employee threaten the customers with a weapon. There was no sorry nor sending other manager & employee home. Crazy. An employee, and definitely not a manager, should be rude to a customer and for sure never threaten them. Why weren't they fired? Any other place of employment that is grounds for immediate termination whether the customer was in the right or wrong. Because as employees you are to be professional.

Service was extremely slow. This is fast food. Order should not take 15+ minutes.

Trash… they’re so rude to DoorDash delivery drivers. I was in line because it’s almost Midnight. 11:53pm to be exact and they told me after waiting in the long line that they couldn’t give it to me through the drive thru. FYI there is NO WAY TO EXIT THE LINE. Mind you every single Taco Bell is different as far as Libby close times! It’s a single file line with a curb.
