This particular Panera has the most consistently terrible service of any I have ever been to.
I used to mainly use Panera's online "Rapid Pick-Up" service to place my orders, for the convenience of not having to wait. However, almost every single time I was there, either they had forgotten about my order entirely or had not yet assembled it because of a missing menu item.
In the case of the latter, they used to offer a bakery item in exchange for the missing item. Now, you're lucky if you get an apology. And good luck getting the attention of anyone in the assembly area if they are holding your order, because they seem to pretend you don't exist.
Also, don't be surprised if instead of holding your order due to something that's out of stock, they simply replace it with something else without asking you first. Don't expect them to call the phone number that's required as part of the online order, either. You'll simply have to fix it and wait past the time you set up for "rapid" pick-up.
Some people may have given up after a dozen or so times of this happening, but I chose to believe it was just their online system that they were having trouble with. So from then on, I've only ordered in person. The results have not been much better. I just have to wait even longer.
This time, when I called to get a partial refund for the latte I was not given, I was told over the phone that in-person orders could only be refunded in-person. When I took the time to drive back, I was chastized for not picking up the latte that they had been calling out for 20 minutes. If only it had been included in the "completed" order they sent me off with, they could have saved themselves that horrible trouble.

Has no idea how to problem solve and clearly doesn’t care about his job and it shows in the atmosphere of the store and the behavior of the staff. I placed and was notified the store received my order. I went in to pick up the order to which MATT said was cancelled and didn’t keep his mouth closed long enough for me to finish a thought. Instead of arguing with such a person. I decided to go back out to my vehicle, place another order that I wait for (I’ve now been in the parking lot 45 minutes) to go back into to the store to pick up the order MATT said was cancelled. To add insult to injury. MATT charged me twice! When I called the store to find out what happened. The very unprofessional and rude MATT offered me NOTHING not even an apology. I've had no issues with wait times so far. Normally it takes about 10 minutes for my order to be ready from the time of entering. Orders are made to order with the exception of most baked goods offered. My normal order is usually for myself and another.
Parking is plentiful and they also offer drive thru and delivery services at this location along with the standard dining in option.
I usually get soup in a bread bowl and a sandwich. The baked goods along with everything else is very fresh and tasty. Panera is a great break or primary choice from other less healthy options in the daily grind of fast food options. Also in my opinion it just tastes better.
Pricing is fair. I've had others mention that they feel it's a bit pricey but when they receive their orders they are reminded by the quality and freshness of what they got. In short I feel the pricing seems fit and not outrageous for the items you get in return. You don't feel ripped off or that you paid too much.
