My mom and I went to Culver's for dinner. We do not frequent that area, but choose to stop there since it was close to a concert venue we were going to. She ordered a double Butterburger with pickles, mayo and mustard and onion rings. I ordered a single bacon deluxe Butterburger basket with french fries and a medium side of cheese curds. First of all, the girl taking our order seemed like she didn't even want to be there, she was not friendly at all. When I told her my order, she said "so you want the burger with cheese curds?" I said I want the basket with fries and then a medium side of cheese curds. She seemed like she understood. We sat down to wait for our food when we heard what I assume is the manager yelling "please just get it right" so there must've been a lot of orders coming out wrong. I realized after sitting down that after all the confusion about my order, I didn't even get to tell her what I wanted on my burger. My mom's food came out first; she was given a single bacon deluxe with mayo, mustard and pickles and a side of onion rings. I told her that we would wait to see if they bring her burger to me and we can switch. They bring me a single bacon deluxe with pretty much everything on it and a side of cheese curds. We tell our server that my mom got the wrong burger, but it was actually what I wanted, so I took the burger that my mom was given. They took back the other burger and confirmed that she wanted a double Butterburger with only mustard, mayo and pickles. I also let her know that I was missing my fries. She comes back with my fries and the exact same burger she had took back, but with another burger patty added to it. So, there was still lettuce, tomato, onion and bacon that she did not want on the burger. They did not make her another burger the way she wanted it. She ended up just eating it because we were not about to wait a third time, we had a concert to go to. Since I waited for my fries, my burger had gotten cold. We finished eating and went to throw our stuff in the trash, the garbage was so full, we could barely fit our trash in there. Overall, there was nothing good about our experience and we will not...
Read moreThe blond ponytailed manager just loves talking down to her customers. Even if it's concerning something they didn't know better about. It's like going out to eat at the Gestapo. Tell her to inform the customers, don't degrade them. It's bad enough we paid $44 for two 2-piece fish dinners and small pops at a place where they don't even wait on you at the tables. Then we had to endure a lecture about how they don't take scoopie tokens for a little scoop of ice cream and for a special needs person at that, even though anoth manager said a scoopie token can be used for either 10 for a toy or also 1 for a scoop. I guess this is a career choice for this woman because we've had to put up with her rudeness now for at least 5 years that I know of at the Van Dyke, Sterling Heights, MI location. Including during the pandemic when our ice cream was melted after sitting in a heated car in a 30 minute 12 car long line. I had to listen to a lecture by her about how they have to give the ice cream first instead of keeping it cold till the order is ready. We have yet to ever be greeted with a smile or asked how are you today, did you enjoy your meal? 5 years how about nice to see you again. Just an all business emotionally vacant bully and shell of a person. It leaves a bad taste and ruins a good meal. Please do us all a favor and at least move her to another location so we can have an enjoyable meal at this restaurant for a change. Everyone else there is awesome by the way. If it's still a thing please put blondie through the Dale Carnegie program on how to talk to people. We are fried on this place now and will be going to a...
Read moreI just left this Culver's and I'm so disappointed. I've been a fan for a very long time and this was a huge waste. The person who was taking orders entered most of our things wrong. I ordered two regular chicken baskets and she gave us buffalo chicken tenders...I ordered one meal with onion rings with a side of ranch and another with cheese curds. She in fact gave me two cheese curds and no ranch. We waited in the line for a very long time which is not a problem. Once we stopped the girl who was delivering the orders to the cars to tell her the mistake happened she asked for the receipt and said it doesn't say you ordered onion rings. We stated we ordered one meal with onion rings and the next with cheese curds. She took the receipt then acted like she went inside to ask someone but came back out a second later and said I do not see on the receipt you ordered onion rings. We then say yes because she rang it in wrong. She then says well you can pay for another side of onion rings if you want them or I can go ask my kitchen but you'll have to pay for them. It is not our fault the person taking orders did not enter the information in correctly but also the situation was not handled properly by the next...
