Brink's — Restaurant in Sterling

Excellent bar food. Better than standard bar food. Summer was working the place by herself and was an excellent server. She was fun and professional. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken egg rolls and they were awesome. I had a gyro and it had very good meat, lots of tomato and onion and the tzatziki sauce was good. Our kiddo had a chicken sandwich and it was enormous. The wife ordered the tenderloin dippers and got like 8 of them. The portions are huge! This place knows how to do fried chicken right..... thr breading was super flavorful and the chicken was moist and juicy even being white meat. During my recent travels, I found myself in the Sterling area and decided to try this restaurant for a quick meal. It turned out to be a delightful experience. I visited shortly after they opened, which meant the service was both swift and friendly. Craving something different, I opted for a gyro and salad over more traditional fare and was not disappointed. Both were exceptionally fresh and tasty. The ambiance of this place is remarkable as well; kudos to those who have made it such an inviting space, perfect for social gatherings. We normally dine at the same handful of restaurants in the Sterling area, but we decided to branch out, and try a new place. Boy, am I glad we did. For an appetizer, we got the tenderloin bites (that's not the actual name), and they were so good. We could have made a meal out of those alone. I got the Steakmelt, and my husband got the Italian beef. We both got the homemade chips (one side is included), and they were so good. Our waitress was so nice and friendly, and the prices are insanely reasonable. This place will definitely be a regular stop for us...
