This is for the Steubenville Mall Eat 'n Park only!
I've given this location multiple tries and am highly disappointed with everything. We will not be returning to this location. Drive to the Weirton location it is 100 times better.
We went on Sunday June 5th and there were 3 other families in the restaurant when we were there.
We all ordered the salad bar along with individual meals and our youngest had Mac N Cheese Order 1 mozzarella stick appetizer Order 2 Buffalo Chicken Wrap and fries Order 3 Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap and fries
Entrees came out as ordered however the salad bar is a different story. The salad bar had wilted lettuce, the tomatoes were slimy, I will not continue with the rest of the vegetables they were bad. The coleslaw, noodles, and fruit were at room temperature and the coleslaw had a bad taste to it. I ate one bite and started feeling ill. The soups that day were chili, chicken noodle, and potato soup - the chili looked like it was sitting there all day as it had a layer of oil on top. The chicken noodle soup appeared to have no noodles or chicken and was just broth. When I asked the woman who was behind the salad bar if there was any more chicken noodle soup she said she just put it out and went back to texting on her phone. I had to get her attention again to ask if there were any crackers as the basket was empty, she whispered something to another girl and then took the basket not to return with it. The potato soup, which I had, was ok - it needed to be seasoned I needed to salt and pepper it to add any flavor.
As I stated earlier that after the coleslaw which was the last thing I had before my entree arrived made me sick. At this point I was feeling nauseous and couldn't eat my entree.
As I stated do not go to this Eat N Park instead travel the extra 15 min or so and go to the...
Read moreHello this is the first time dealing with this eat n park. We live in Pennsylvania and typically deal with the eat n park in robinson pa which is always amazing. Yesterday we were in Steubenville and decided to do our normal online order and puck up at the drive thru. Firgured it'd be the same just different location. Boy was I wrong. The person who was working drive thru wasn't the nicest and seemed more concerned in his phone than job. He was trying to rush even though no one was behind us. When getting home I realized our order was incomplete and what we did receive wasn't right or was burnt. I ordered a Buffalo crispy chicken salad. I received a grilled chicken salad. Ask for homemade ranch and received no dressing at all. Ordered mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce. The marinara had no lid so the sauce was all through the container and chesesticks were burnt. The hamburger that my husband ordered was burnt and gross. I ordered a dozen of smiley cookies and didn't even receive those. Spent almost 70 dollars and at least 30 dollars worth of food went in the garbage because it wasn't what we ordered or it was disgusting. I will never return to this eat n park and waste my money again. If my family wants eat n park I will stick with my usual of ordering online and picking up at drive thru in robinson pa. It might be further but definitely well worth it especially because they make sure I receive my whole order and make sure to do their job. If I could give no stars or negative I would. This has been the worst experience ever and was offered a $20 gift card that they will send in the mail. At least I can use the gift card at any eat n park. If it could only be spent in Steubenville it would go in the trash as well. Thanks for...
Read moreWent for lunch today with my granddaughter at the Steubenville location. Waitress Bree waited on us. I had to ask another employee her name because she had on no badge. I don't know if she was having a bad day but her attitude was horrible. She talked to another customer about buying a house and other things. When I asked for some water she gave me no eye contact just a tsk noise like I interrupted her conversation. I had to ask another employee for condiments (ranch). She brought a drink refill & my granddaughter asked her for a straw. Another employee brought it to us. The restaurant was empty so it's not like she was busy. Just horrible!! She stayed in the back area & never asked if we needed anything. The baked potato was cold, sandwich mediocre, floor sticky...I asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with Scott about Bree whom seem to be less caring himself. A bad experience all around. And reading these comments makes me realize it's a restaurant issue. Customer service sucks!!! I wanted a slice of pie when I walked in but after my experience I decided to get my dessert...
