Update #2 Finally received email response. Won't do anything about the bad service or poor meal experience other than owner said he had already been made aware about the employees attitudes that night and can do nothing but apologize and hope we'll give them another chance. So much for the GUARANTEE (see below) right on their description!!! Money poorly spent will not be wasted again here.**
""We offer family, friends, and loved ones a money-well-spent-experience, GUARANTEED! Whether it is lunch, take out, or dinner, rest assured that you are in the hands of the best in the business. So relax, enjoy, and celebrate life with us here at Grazies.""
Update #1 Emailed contact information as requested a week ago today. Have yet to hear anything from them. That tells me all I need to know.**
Made reservations online and we went and ate there at the reservation time. I have now received an email that I was a No-Show reported by the restaurant. Oh I wish we were. I wasn't going to write a review but now I think I will.
Our waiter was the enthusiastic Chas(?) He was doing his best but the other staff were making it hard. I ordered a Long Island Ice Tea and my wife ordered the Island Delight. Over 15 minutes passed waiting for drinks and when Chas inquired about them the bartender gave him attitude that the slip had gone AWOL. She asked what he needed. He responded "a Long Island and something else with island". He couldn't remember. He and the bartender argued back and forth and she made something that was NOTHING like what was ordered. Instead of swallowing their pride and confirming the order they just guessed. When it arrived it was the wrong color so my wife knew it was wrong. She sent it back. When Chas brought it back the bartender got lippy and responded "I made what you told me to!" This time my wife pointed it out on the menu and Chas showed her what it should be. She remade the drink and it was still wrong. Obviously she couldn't be bothered to read the ingredients PRINTED ON THE MENU! My long island was poured so heavy that it tasted like turpentine and I wasn't about to say anything after my wife's fiasco. So $6 wasted on the drink I took one sip of. We ordered cheese curds appetizer and when it arrived we were presented with cheese sticks. This is Wisconsin folks, we know what cheese curds are!?! I ordered the Alfredo which I have ordered before and loved. This time it had so much garlic in it that it made it so that's all I could taste! I could kill a vampire by breathing on it! Couldn't finish my meal due to the taste. No one inquired why my long island was still full when we paid the bill and left. The whole time we were there we could hear the kitchen staff yelling aloud (singing along with their radio in the kitchen full volume, expletives and all!!) The whole experience has put me off from returning for quite a while that's for sure!
And now OpenTable wants proof I was there. We paid cash and left the receipt behind so I don't have proof. Kind of how the world works now because everyone charges 3% to use a card so I don't do it! I'm sure if you asked Chas he may remember the drink situation. Otherwise we did not complain and didn't make a fuss. Just paid cash and left. I will surely tell all my friends and family about this experience now.
